Great cabin. In great proximity to several hiking trails. Highly recommend.
The location of this property was perfect. We loved how close it us to stores, lake, restaurants, and great neighbors.
Summer in Shaver Lake
This cabin was wonderful! The cabin was spotless and comfortable; the location walkable to downtown and the community playground. Shaver Lake was a 5 minute drive, Huntington Lake an additional 35 minutes. Communication with Nick , the owner, was seamless, check in and check out super easy. The kids already want to know when we’re going back. :)
My husband asked what I wanted to do to celebrate my 60th bday. I said, get away. Find some nature and just relax. We found this cabin on VRBO and what an AWESOME choice. They thought of everything from games and books (just in case) to a waterfall shower. Nick thank you so much, the cabin was amazing and we can’t wait to book again and share with our family.
Great cozy cabin, perfect location
Great location, you practically feel like you're camping in the forest, 5 min drive from the lake.
The bedrooms are not really separated and it's best for one family. Also, not a great fit for toddlers.
Cozy, yet specious cabin in the woods
My husband and I and our 1 year old daughter enjoyed our stay in this cabin. Everything about it was homie and comfortable, especially having heaters in every part of the cabin.
Like the owner states, bring drinking water (we brought 3 gallons for 2 nights and we used all of it).
We can't wait to be back, thank you!
P.S. if it's winter time, make sure to bring warm pjs and maybe an extra blanket from home to add to the bed or for down stairs while enjoying a movie on the couch (while sipping on hot cocoa or tea of course)
