The main residence can easily accommodate six guests, but can also be rented in conjunction with the Beverly Hills Modern Viewhouse on the same property, for an additional six guests.

Beverly Hills on the 4th of July... it is safe to say I thoroughly enjoyed my trip to LA and meeting up with all my old friends! The house was the perfect property: it was not too high up in the hills with plenty of parking for all our cars, but up enough to give us really fantastic views of the city. Most importantly though is the backyard! The pool was great and the large deck area was fantastic for everyone to hangout and enjoy each other's company. What can be better than spending day after day by a pool with all your friends as you look down on the city from Beverly Hills?!
