About Michael Graziose

We love the beach!!!!

Michael Graziose purchased this cottage in 2013

Why Michael Graziose chose North Fork

This cottage was just perfect for us.

loved the location, walking distance to beach.

Private backyard.

45 minute drive from our year round residence.

By far the best cottage in this community!!!

What makes this cottage unique

The previous owners did a great job on the renovation and decorating.

Love the color scheme, wood exposed beams make the cottage feel more open.

Love our front covered porch for morning coffee and a glass of wine in the evenings.

Super cute cottage with great access to several sights!

  • 5 of 5

Michael's cottage is amazing! It's in this little "camp" that is opened only 6 months out of the year. Very friendly neighbors, great access to the bay beach and also within a 15-20 minute drive you can have great shopping and food! Cottage was really clean and we highly recommend it!

Great place to stay for a weekend away.

  • 5 of 5

The house was very cute and it had everything we needed minus toilet paper; we were left with one roll only. Loved the screened in porch, that is were we spent most of our time. Five minute walk to he beach was perfect and very quiet and peaceful. I would stay there again.

Very cute, warm, and quaint cottage! Perfect stay for the weekend.

  • 4 of 5

I had a wonderful stay at this cottage by the sea with three of my girlfriends. It was the perfect size for us, with comfortable beds, and all the media that we needed (there was netflix) and the heater kept us warm during cold nights. Michael was a very responsive host and checked in frequently to see how we were doing.

The kitchen didn't have all the basics like olive oil which is why I removed a star and there was a particular process to check out (i.e. Taking out the trash and throwing the bed sheets into the hamper which I wasn't used to but perhaps it is similar across VRBO).

All around, we had a really enjoyable experience in the North Fork!

Rural cottage on the North Fork

  • 4 of 5

Traveling from California for a mini family reunion, we enjoyed our stay on the North Fork.

The cottage has a very comfortable screened in porch which we put to good use, comfortable bedrooms, and well stocked bath supplies, includes a great shower head.

The location was nice for exploring the farm stands and winery's in early fall.We endured a nor'easter with lots of acorns hitting the roof as well as wind and rain and we're glad to have such a cozy place to ride the storm out! The cottage was musty on arrival but after airing out and a febrese deodorizer not so noticeable. The heat worked in only the twin bedroom.

Cozy beach cottage

  • 4 of 5

Thank you Michael! This cottage was almost perfect for our girls weekend. Proximity to the beach and spectacular sunsets was wonderful! We really appreciated the beds being made up prior to our arrival and the information provided about the surrounding area. The only reason that I'm not giving this rental 5 stars is that it wasn't as clean and fresh as we would have liked. I understand musty odors and dust are difficult to eliminate in such a climate but more should be done to deal with that. Also the moldy shower curtain and items around the kitchen sink need to be replaced. Additionally, the oven was difficult to use because the bake/broil indicators are worn off. The stove also could be much cleaner. I know these are small details and didn't interfere with our good times sitting on the porch in the evenings (which also needed a thorough cleaning) and enjoying the beach but I would expect a cleaner environment.

Charming Cottage

  • 5 of 5

Great stay at this cozy, comfortable, charming cottage. We were in town for my nephew's graduation from Riverhead (about 10 min away) and visit with my sister's family in Wading River (also 10 minutes away). Loved the cottage community and proximity to the beach. The cottage has great space and there was a lot of attention to detail in the beachy decor. Loved the screen porch and wished we had time to entertain my sister's family in the spacious eating area in the back. Michael is easy to contact and a great host. This is a wonderful space to relax in and close to vinyards, Splish Spash, outlet shopping and even a spot to venture to the Hamptons or into the city. Highly recommended!
