This large ( 1800 sq feet )apartment is in a neighborhood where you can shop for all things of daily life but is also close to the old West city center ( Kudamm ). The metro is 200 m away and you absolutely need NO car.
Wilmersdorf is one of the best areas to live in Berlin and the house where the apartment is is very well maintained
The apartment is bright and has high windows. It has a small balcony for 2 where you can have sun from 8 a.m to 1 p.m. for breakfast shielded by a big tree.
The bathroom is very large with a spacious walk in shower and 2 wash basins a toilet a bidet and a tub. It is also the place where a washer and dryer is housed in a tower arrangement.
The kitchen island is for 4 people and the adjacent table in the kitchen has space for another 4/5 people.
The kitchen island is granite also has a dishwasher and a ceramic cook top.
the Master bedroom is connected to the bathroom.
There is also a guest toilet for the second bedroom with king size beds in both bedrooms.
The living room can be partitioned and still is very large. One can move the additional sleep couch to this partitioned room to have an additional ( 3rd ) separate bedroom. 3 metro stations are close, One of the supermarkets is open from Monday 8 a.m to Saturday 11 p.m.

Close to the city and very bright with high ceilings. The bathroom has been remodeled and is very large with marble floors and walls and modern appliances and a large walk in shower.
We had a great time in this spacious, beautiful apartment close to all amenities. There were six of us, including a small child and my handicapped mother, and there was enough room for a comfortable, two-week stay. The apartment is fully equipped with everything, the separate kitchen and huge bathroom have been fully modernized and the area is quiet but close to everything. The listing was accurately described, except that bedroom 1 was supposed to have a large double bed plus a sleeping couch/futon (there was no futon). It wasn't a real problem (she slept in the bed with us) but it would have been nice to have a futon for my child. Nearby, there are many restaurants, a great organic bakery, a fruit and vegetable store, and supermarkets. There's great shopping within walking distance. The owner and manager were friendly and responded quickly to all inquiries. All in all, we were very satisfied with the accomodations and would recommend it to friends.
We rented this apartment in Berlin for 2 weeks in May 2015. The location was perfect for sightseeing in Berlin. There are 2 metro stations (different lines) within easy walking distance. There are numerous markets and restaurants very near plus a wonderful bakery next to the apartment building. The apartment is located on a very quiet residential street. The apartment was well furnished and had everything we needed for our stay. The owner and manager were easy to work with and always responded promptly to any questions we had. We will stay in this apartment on our next visit to Berlin.
We were very content, the flat is very beautiful, fully equipped and provided with everything we needed. Above all the property manager was really helpfull in every aspect! Surely we will come back and recommend this rental to others.
We enjoyed very much our Christmas holidays in this spacious and beautiful. Christmas is so wonderful in Berlin with all the Christmas markets which are very different.
There's a nice kitchen where we can eat at 6 people and a huge and superb bathroom in marble, the douch is incredible! It is well situated, just near the UBahn, and it's easy to visit Berlin. The area is quiet, there are many restaurants, a very good bio bakery, a vegetable store, a butcher, supermarkets...
The owner is friendly and answers quickly to all questions. If we come back in Berlin, we'll go back here.

Groceries and all the various amenities are not more than 200 -300 meters.
