What makes this Apartment unique
Close to the city and very bright with high ceilings. The bathroom has been remodeled and is very large with marble floors and walls and modern appliances and a large walk in shower.

Beautiful property in great location
I stayed here with my family for the weekend of the Berlin marathon, and we really enjoyed both the apartment and the area. We had a great host who was very helpful. There is a lovely little bakery just a few doors down, and some great restaurants in the area. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.
The space was good but could use some updating.

Apartment in Wilmersdorf
As a family of 5 we loved the apartment and would happily stay there again. Wilmersdorf is a good base for Berlin and is a lovely area with useful amenities close by. Thomas, who showed us around the apartment, was extremely helpful and welcoming and we felt at home right away....exactly what we hoped for.
Large apartment in nice area of Berlin
Our family of four enjoyed this apartment for our 5 days in Berlin. The building is more than a century old and has old-world charm combined with modern bathrooms and kitchen, including an impressive expresso/latte/coffee machine. Bakery, cheese shop, and wine store are steps away and public transportation is convenient for trips to Museum Island or Tiergarten. We rented a car at the Berlin airport and were able to park on the street in front of apartment. You need plenty of euro coins for the meters (10 Euro per day, 9-19 on weekdays). Apartment was clean and it was easy to work with Thomas, the unit manager. Highly recommend this apartment if you want to experience life in residential Berlin.
Wonderful Apartment in Berlin
We stayed for 5 nights in this large, beautiful apartment. It is on a lovely street with U-Bahn stations very close by and lots of wonderful restaurants. Thomas was great with meeting us at the apartment, answering initial questions, and even helping us book a cab to the airport for our flight home. The wi-fi wasn't working (an issue with the cable company, not the apartment) and Thomas bought us a temporary card and stick to use with wi-fi on it - so you can see guests are very well looked after. The beds were comfortable, and the apartment clean. We will definitely book here again on our next trip to Berlin. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!!

Groceries and all the various amenities are not more than 200 -300 meters.
