We have 600 feet of water frontage with new fishing dock/pier and boat ramp. A great place to fish, swim or just relax. Its a constant level lake so we always are full with water.
We are located within 5-10 minutes of Schlitterbahn, the Comal River, the Guadalupe River and Gruene Hall.

This partner has demonstrated and is committed to fast response times, the best rates, and a great guest experience.
Live in Austin Texas with my wife and kids. Enjoy the Texas coast and great rivers like the Guadalupe.
Thor & Courtney purchased this cabin in 2015
Peaceful and relaxing. When you first see the 100' Cypress trees that shadow the water on Lake Dunlap you will immediately fall in love with the property as we did.
Sprawling 2.5 acres of green space with 600 ft of shoreline along Lake Dunlap. The property has many large Cypress and Pecan trees that provide a great canopy of shade in the summer months. The property has a private boat ramp for those that want to trailer their boats or Kayaks and a great place for fishing and swimming along the shore front.
If your looking for a venue to host your family reunion, Wedding, or Graduation - Camp Willow is the perfect setting.
Had a great time will definitely be going back
We have a good time. The upstairs was smaller than expected (no adult could stand up) but the property was wonderful. Only issue was that though we followed all instructions and rules, and informed the owner ahead of time that we were bringing dogs, they took half the security deposit as a 'pet fee' that I hadn't paid. During the reservation process, and checkout nothing was said about a pet fee.
They claimed that they had found 'pet hairs on the comforter', which was to be expected as we stripped all linens and put them on the floor when we left as per instructions, so dog hairs got on it. Too bad, I would have loved to return, but paying for an extra night in the form of a surprise 'pet fee' after the fact leaves me not wanting to work with the owner again.
we enjoyed the stay planning on renting it again in spring time.
Cabin was very clean and had everything you needed. Beds we're comfortable.
I would go back in a heart beat.
There are 4 Cottage/Cabins on the property and only two of them look like the one in the picture. I thought I would be getting "Camp Willow Cottage 2" as the posting states, but when we got our check in instructions, we were put in #3 "The Red Cabin". It was awful. Mold all over the ceiling, terrible mold/mildew smell, mouse droppings in the kitchen, several caterpillars walking around on the master bed. When I complained, we were promptly moved to #4 "The Camphouse". It is also nothing like the advertised cottage, but was much more acceptable. It is huge - probably intended for parties of 8+, so bigger than my family of 3 needed (which is why we weren't put into it initially, I guess). Once we were moved to #4, the stay was great. We went on Columbus Day Weekend (beginning of October) and the property was relatively empty. The people staying in Cottages #1 and #2 rarely came out while we were there, so we had the whole place to ourselves the majority of the time. Great place for dogs. Great fishing. Safe. Close to everything (River Tubing, German restaurants, shopping, etc). If you decide to book here, be sure to check ahead of time which cabin you will be assigned.
