One bedroom first floor flat in a superb central location on the historic Royal Mile. The flat is newly refurbished and furnished in a comfortable modern style. We hope you enjoy the Edinburgh and Scottish-themed artwork in the flat by a local artist.

The bedroom has a double bed and is located to the back of the building away from the street ensuring a quiet night’s sleep.

There is a sofa bed in the lounge that sleeps one person comfortably. The lounge also has a TV, DVD player and fast Wi-Fi throughout, as well as a dining area.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine, oven, stove and microwave.

The flat has a separate shower room and a toilet.

You will also have access to a communal roof terrace.

Location, Location, Location

I enjoyed my stay at this convenient little flat. The 35 bus stops practically outside the front door, and that is very handy for the airport, as well as other locations. The flat was clean and quiet, and the location on the quiet end of the Royal Mile was great. Everything was within walking distance. The flat is supplied with everything you could need for a self-catering stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Convenient location

Very nice apartment located on the Royal Mile. We enjoyed our 2 nights there; small but plenty of room for the 2 of us. Communication with Neil, the owner, was great and his directions on getting to the apartment and gaining access were spot on. We would definitely stay there again.

Great Location

This was our 7th visit to the Fringe Festival & we are still not tired of it. The apartment was in a great location being quite close to the main attractions but lower down from the Royal Mile so less people around and shortcuts to get to where we needed to be.

The apartment was easy to find and follow the key instructions for entry. We had everything we needed although we ate out every day so can't vouch for the cooking facilities except that they are there if you want to use them.

Only downside was the loud music that comes from the souvenir shop below as it starts when the shop opens & finishes when the shop closes but as we were out all day most days we didn't feel bothered to complain.

A great find and thank you for supplying us with such good comfort.

Owner's Response: Having investigated the noise complaint, we have been unable to confirm that the neighbouring shop were producing the noise. We feel that a residential neighbour /visitor / tenant may have been responsible. We are sorry for the disruption that they may have caused you.

Perfect location to explore Edinburgh

Nice and cozy flat. What really shines is the location - you can just walk down the street a minute to the parliament or up some minutes to about 30 pubs and the castle. At the same time, all you hear at night might be the occasional seagull. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to get a glimpse of Edinburgh right from where the action starts. Also sports a dishwasher and a washing machine - we didn't need it but very useful if you stay for a longer time.

On the Royal Mile, the apartment is ideally located for exploring the City of Edinburgh. Within 200 metres of both Holyrood Palace and the Scottish Parliament building, it is a perfect base for sightseeing on foot.

Alternatively, Edinburgh bus tours pass outside the building and are the ideal way to see the city and the major attractions during a city break.

Almost all of Edinburgh's main attractions are within easy walking distance, including the Castle, museums, major galleries, Festival and Fringe venues, and Arthur's Seat and Calton Hill. There are many places to eat and drink close to the property.
