Property was exactly as described. Excellent communication with property manager. Highly recommend this house in Havasu.
Would be important for guests to know that the spa does not have heat. That's kind of a key item.

Nice clean place
Nice house with a great master bedroom with retreat, walk in shower, and Jacuzzi tub; spacious kitchen and family room; beautiful pool and pool area with view of the lake; long garage and driveway. We enjoyed our stay. Just wished that we could have enjoyed the hot tub which apparently is only available in the winter months which we didn't know about until after we got there.
This home is beautiful and fit my entire family. It was great to have all of us in one room and not be on top of each other. The views were amazing and we had a great time, in the lake and in the pool.

We were just a little disappointed that the pool was only on during the day and that is when we were out on the lake. By the time we got back home the pool was off.

This custom built 3,054 SF home, including the detached casita, is perfect for entertaining. The home has panoramic lake views, an inviting entry way, open floor plan, and French doors throughout which open to the covered patio area, letting the outside in, and a new Fire-Pit.
The property is located in a quiet, upscale residential neighborhood. Situated on a large half acre corner lot which provides complete privacy. The driveway entry is located on Amberwood Avenue, easy for backing in a boat or an RV.
The property is minutes from multiple launch sites, the Downtown area, as well as the London Bridge and other tourist attractions.
