About this property

Luxury, end unit, waterfront town home with private elevator, boat slip and private garage. Tastefully decorated, over 2,200 sq ft, three full bedrooms each with their own bathroom and TV's. Master suite has large corner tub and king size bed. Bedroom on the main floor has a queen sized mattress and the other bedroom upstairs has a queen. We added a bonus room off the garage that has two twin bed. Granite counter tops and volume ceilings throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped and is open to the living area. Enjoy relaxing on the patio off the ground floor or balcony off the living room. New TV's in each bedroom and living room. WiFi is complimentary.

There are only six units to the building that share the pool and we have a private boat slip that you are welcome to use.

We are pet friendly, but ask that your pet is under 15-20 pounds with our discretion.

This property is located on Bayway Blvd in the mist of Clearwater Beach with only a 15 minute walk to Pier 60. You can fish off the dock, swim in the pool or it's just a short walk (approximately a block and a half), to the beach. There is a miniature golf across the street.

Great location

Great location with more than enough space! It would be the perfect spot if they updated their furniture and got some comfortable patio furniture. Other than that I would highly recommend staying here! It was very clean, had plenty of room and was in the perfect location!

Fantastic Location and Property

The house exceeded our expectations. It was so comfortable for our family get-togethers. We could walk almost everywhere that we wanted to go. We would absolutely stay there again.

Family time

Large but no sun on decks at any time of day. Difficult to get to pool and no sun on pool. The house itself was beautiful. The kitchen was very good. The bedrooms were spacious but the mattresses and pillows were uncomfortable.

Excellent choice

Quiet side street neighborhood, convenient beach mart across the street, great family get-away. The condo has a well supplied kitchen, great view, and lots of room to spread out on the different patios. The big dining table was a plus because we like to cook and eat together. Also, every night card games were going on. Thank you for some wonderful memories.

We are close two block walk to the beach and all the activities in Clearwater Beach. Having a private garage without having to pay for beach parking is one of the best benefits you can have while staying with us. The wild life is incredible. You can see all kinds of birds, fish, dolphins and manatees almost every day!
