New to rental market March 2014. Luxury, end unit, waterfront townhome with private elevator, boat slip and private garage. Tastefully decorated, over 2,200 sq ft, three full bedrooms each with their own bathroom and TV's. We just added in the fall of 2015, a sleeping area off the garage that has a queen and twin bed. (sorry no pictures yet but I will add them soon). We also took out the carpeting in the bedrooms and tiled the floor. All the bedding and rugs are new as of November 2015. Master suite has large, corner, jetted tub and king size bed. Bedroom on the main floor has a king sized mattress and the other bedroom upstairs has a queen. Granite counter tops and volume ceilings throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped and is open to the living area. Enjoy relaxing on the patio off the ground floor or balcony off the living room. New TV's in each bedroom and living room. WiFi is complimentary.

There are only six units to the building that share the pool and we have a private boat slip that you are welcome to use.

We are pet friendly, but ask that your pet is under 15-20 pounds with our discretion.

This property is located in the mist of Clearwater Beach with only a 15 minute walk to Pier 60. You can fish off the dock, swim in the pool or it's just a short walk (approximately a block and a half), to the beach. There is a miniature golf across the street. Please don't miss Winter, the star dolphin of the movie Dolphin Tale at Clearwater Marina!

We are close two block walk to the beach and all the activities in Clearwater Beach. Having a private garage without having to pay for beach parking is one of the best benefits you can have while staying with us. The wild life is incredible. You can see all kinds of birds, fish, dolphins and manatees almost every day!

A great place to stay.

We did enjoy our month stay at this townhome. The location is ideal, just an eight minute walk to the beach, and restaurants. Traffic was in issue on the weekends, but we worked around it . This residence is well equipped, furnished nicely and plenty of room for us and our occasional guest. The view is fantastic. Only disappointment was that the pool heater was not working all of the time due to a leak in the system, according to the pool maintenance pool person. Dan was attentive with this issue when we contacted him.We would rent this property again.

Beautiful Home with great view

Gorgeous view overlooking the water. Owner was very accommodating. Beautiful home with 2 extra twin beds in the basement. Less than a mile walk to the Peir, shorter to the ocean, restaurants etc. Kitchen stocked with amenities. And a heated pool!!

Perfect Family Vacation

We have been in CWB many times before but this was our first time to rent rather than getting a hotel room. We had our dogs with us too, and that was awesome! Location is perfect. We loved to walk everywhere. All the bedrooms were really nice, and private with own bathrooms. Open kitchen and living room was good size. We used a balcony a lot. Roof terrace was closed bc some construction, but we really didn't miss it all. Pool was nice plus, even its in shade all day, it was nice go to cool off. We also rented a boat for a day, and deck was useful. Some of kitchen small appliances and stove were old, but they all worked just fine. Beautiful views from the master bedroom!! Laundry room was nice, good size washer and dryer. Also downstairs bedroom/living room was a nice bonus! We used elevator for bringing suitcases up, and groceries too! No worries about carrying big suitcases to the third floor!!! TVs at every bedroom was nice extra for downtime. We arrived earlier than check in time, and got approved to go in right away. Anytime we had questions about the condo, we got answers back quickly. Top notch place and great location. We all would recommend this place for families and couples to vacation together. We will return!

Needs work, along with a good deep cleaning.

Being on the beach was great, walking distance to most beach attractions. Roof top balcony was awesome for sunsets.

As far as furniture item, kitchen items, and patio furniture they all need to be fixed or replaced. Seems as if there’s a management company in charge and the true owner doesn’t know that there needs to be some repairs, such as painting, fixing furniture, and day to day kitchen items available or replaced.

Sign at front door says the trash service and recycling pickup is on a Thursday, but when we arrived on a Thursday night both bins were full, and the garage smelled, we ended up taking the trash outside while we enjoyed our stay.

Lots of plastic patio furniture that was cracked or broken and in plan site.

Seems to be alot of fees that we/others had to pay that we’re supposed to be used to correct these items before each persons stay.

We would like some kind of compensation if possible on the fees.

The property was absolutely beautiful!!

My family and I loved this property and will definitely be back. It was so convenient to the beach, shops, restaurants and Pier 60. We walked everywhere while we were there. Loved how the pool was right outside the lower patio. It was very quiet, and there's a putt putt place right across the street. There's also an authentic taco place, Pan Filo's, right across the street (which was excellent).

Clearwater Beach

Pier 60 is about a 15 minute walk, beach is a block and a half away. Marina for fishing excursions, pirate ship, and sea screamer is only a 10 minute walk.
