About Warren A. Roger and T. Jeanette Sutherland

My wife and I are both Saint Lucians who retired in 2004 and returned to Canada to rejoin our family there but we make frequent trips to the island. For the last several years we have leased the property for long term periods (the last long term tenant was there for three years). We have now decided to make it available for vacation rentals so that we or our family may also use it occasionally.

When the building of the property was completed it became a 'no brainer' for us to purchase it because of its unbeatable location on Reduit Beach. We have spent most enjoyable times there between rentals.

The main benefit of our property is its location on Reduit Beach as well as its easy walking distance to great restaurants, supermarkets, banks, shops and malls and even a casino.

One does not need to rent a car to have a great time.

Historic Pigeon Point is a less than 10 minute taxi drive away. Tour operators are based in Rodney Bay Village nearby for tours to Soufriere's volcano, Pitons, scuba, award winning botanical gardens. Horse riding, zip linning etc.

Great experience! Beautiful property! Well equipped. And a great location!

Roger was a great owner to work with. We were well taken care of during our stay. We are beach people so we enjoyed the closeness of the fantastic beach and all of the great views. Loved having the beach chairs provided. We also liked having a pool as another option. It was an excellent location to the shops and restaurants. A very nice condo with a large balcony and well equipped. I just wish we could have stayed longer!

Great location!

Great location; within walking distance to everything you need. The space was very nice, there's a kitchen, washer and dryer, A.C. as well. Furniture is a bit dated but very clean. The property manager was very welcoming and helpful! Would stay again. Would also recommend the space to someone.

AWESOME location, with everything you need!

We just returned from our trip to St. Lucia and stayed at Roger's condo. The place is an ideal location as it is steps away from the Reduit Beach, and minutes away from all the restaurants and bars in town. We rarely took a taxi out as everything is right there--seriously! The condo had everything we needed to feel all the comforts of being at home. Roger was attentive and made sure we were all doing well. Alvin, our driver was polite, and on time in picking us up from the airport and driving us back. Lorna was also very helpful and welcomed us and gave us great tips and recommendations.

Great to have a cell phone for us, too. We would highly recommend this condo, and would not hesistate to come back again. Thank you, Roger!

Location Location Location!

Roger's place is the ideal location when staying in Rodney Bay. It is walking distance to everything: the beach, restaurants, the mall, post office, bars, the supermarket, and much more. We scheduled a boat tour and they picked us up right at the beach which is a few steps away from our front door. The kitchen and washer and dryer were a plus! A/C was amazing! The on-site pool was warm and inviting! Our driver spoke to the on-site manager and was able to find the property easily from the airport. They even offered to take us to the supermarket before we checked-in so we had enough groceries to last the first couple of days. Roger has an amazing response time and provided a great deal of information and suggestions on things to do in and around Rodney Bay, transport options, and what items we would need to bring ahead of time or what to stock up on at the store. They arranged for a driver to take us to UVF upon our departure (about 90 mins away) . The driver was friendly, on time and got us there safely. Roger's home is the perfect home away from home! Thank you Roger for everything! We would definitely stay here again!

Home away from home

This was our second stay in this unit and it always feel like a home away from home. We have everything inside the apartment and outside the apartment since everything is walking distance. We look forward to our next stay.

Comfortable apartment , convenient location and extremely friendly staff made for a perfect holiday

Apartment had all the home comforts needed to make a self catering holiday enjoyable.

Delia is an excellent hostess and ensured we had everything we needed, even came around to the apartment a couple of times to check we were ok.

Airport transfer arranged was seamless and made our arrival and return journey so much easier.

Apartment owners Roger and Jeanette kept in contact from the point of booking right up until after our return.

We had a great holiday and it was made extra special by the efforts of Roger and his time.

One of the biggest attractions is our World Heritage Pitons and the drive-in volcano in Soufriere.

Nearby is the award winning Diamond Falls Botanical Gardens where one may bathe in the warm spring water, in baths once used by French King Louis xiv's troops in the 18th Century.

Some of the best snorkeling and scuba diving is also located in this area, at the Anse Chastanet Hotel just minutes north of the town of Soufriere.

One of the most rewarding adventures could well be hiking our rain forest or even climbing the Gros Piton.

Yet closer to our condo in the north, Pigeon Point historic ruins and fort is a must see. Revel in its rich history dating back to the famous English Admiral Rodney and learn of his role and St. Lucia's in the great conflict for the New World.
