That's what we have to offer with our 2 bedroom 1,100 sq. ft.unit, which is on the middle floor of the 12-unit complex, right on the southern end of Reduit, St. Lucia's best beach and steps away from the water. Just a few feet away is tranquil blue water. A walk up the beach reveals four hotel properties and Spinnakers Restaurant.
The condo is also very well located within easy walking distance to a variety of good restaurants, supermarkets, banks, businesses, two malls, a casino and the nightlife of Rodney Bay Village.
There is certainly no need to rent a car if you do not need to.
Our unit No. 7, has 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, a comfortable veranda to relax on (little birds come to visit us whenever we sit there having breakfast) and a large pool on our level at the back. It has everything that you will need for a most relaxing tropical vacation in an area that offers a little seclusion yet easy walking access to all the action.
The master bedroom has a door to the bathroom while the second bedroom's French door opens to the living area.
There is a bar with fridge, dining table for six, flat screen TV and a DVD player. The kitchen is simple and functional, has a propane gas stove/oven, microwave and comes with everything that you will need for a comfortable vacation. We also have a washer, dryer and a portable BBQ set for use poolside only.
There is free WiFi, 100 channels of cable television (not that you would want to watch much TV in such an environment) and a cell phone for your use (It is a pre-paid system so simply re-charge it at any of the many outlets in Rodney Bay Village easy walking distance away).
There is a regular driver that we use when we are in St. Lucia and we recommend that you consider him for transfers from and to Hewanorra International Airport at a cost to you, each way. He knows exactly where to take you to the condo. We can also arrange transfers from the domestic airport in the north, George Charles Airport, if you arrive from another Caribbean island.
Our manager, Lorna, who is also a long standing personal friend, will give you a wonderful briefing on behalf of my wife and myself. As a born St. Lucian herself, she will answer all your questions and give you excellent guidance.
So, if you do decide that you wish to stay in our simple yet superbly located apartment, enjoy it to the fullest as we do whenever we can stay there and take back with you memories of our enchanting island that will last forever.

My wife and I are both Saint Lucians who retired in 2004 and returned to Canada to rejoin our family there but we make frequent trips to the island. For the last several years we have leased the property for long term periods (the last long term tenant was there for three years). We have now decided to make it available for vacation rentals so that we or our family may also use it occasionally.

When the building of the property was completed it became a 'no brainer' for us to purchase it because of its unbeatable location on Reduit Beach. We have spent most enjoyable times there between rentals.
The main benefit of our property is its location on Reduit Beach as well as its easy walking distance to great restaurants, supermarkets, banks, shops and malls and even a casino.
One does not need to rent a car to have a great time.
We stayed here 5 nights last month. Our stay was pleasant and peaceful. Our 8 year old son loved the pool. The beach was only a few minute walk from the condo. The condo is well appointed with all the necessary appliance and dishes to cook for ourselves. The location is great and within walking distance of many restaurants and stores. After we returned home our deposit was returned very quickly with no trouble at all. Overall we would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to vacation here.
I hesitate this review because it would alert so many others of a hidden gem and this rental may always be booked the next time I return. However, it is hard to keep a good thing to yourself. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our time in our home away from home. Every convenience is in the unit which makes your stay comfortable. It also has the best of two ideals, literally 2 min walk to the best beach on the island which you can see from your patio and a pool a few steps outside the front door. The apartment is very secured and the building is located in a sweet hidden spot close to restaurants and best shopping on the island. My 82 year old grandmother even walked to all the time. Additionally, the manager Lorna is always accessible and super friendly. The Gardner Coco takes very good care of the grounds which by the way looks like the Botanical gardens and he occasionally gave us fruit from the trees. Selfies and family photos have no greater back drop than this place. Lastly, the owners couldn't be any more accomodating and friendly from their remote location. This will be the place we stay on future visits and the place I would recommend to any of my family and friends. I have found my home away from home. If you visit, make sure you take good care of it!
My only regret was not staying longer. Just like everybody says Roger's place is very close to the beach. Our main goal for our short trip to St. Lucia was to be on the beach. Roger also had a beach umbrella and one beach chair. We rented another chair from Miss Marie (Marie's fish shack on the beach) for cheap. Worked out great for our short stay.
We also spent a bit of time at the pool just to cool off during heat of the day, everything around the apartment was well maintained and comfortable. There were a number of Hummingbirds that frequented the flowers around the pool which made the experience even better.
For evenings it was a quick and relaxing walk to any number of restaurants and the grocery store for food and drink.
Would definitely recommend Roger's place to anybody that likes the beach.
Spacious apt in great location on south end of Reduit Beach. Very close to the beach with (private) beach access path. Short walking distance to the hub of Rodney Bay shopping, restaurants, and bars while being situated in a quiet location. Enjoyed morning walks on the beach and around town. Took the local bus to Castries instead of a taxi which was a fun local experience. Nearly everyone we interacted with was kind, helpful, and eager to share their knowledge of the area. Apartment has a washer/dryer, kitchen appliances, and ac so very comfortable. The owner of the property was very responsive to my inquiries prior to our arrival (he even offered his phone number in addition to email to contact him). We did have a miscommunication about our pre-arranged ride from the airport to the property, but the owner quickly resolved the situation. I would definitely recommend this Reduit Beach Apt if you plan to visit the island!
This 2 bedroom apartment is perfect for the travellers who do not want to stay in an all inclusive resort. The location is just a short pathway leading to one of St Lucia's prime Carribean side beaches. We especially appreciated there were beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella and coolers available. We loved experiencing Food on the beach prepared by the locals and the wide variety of walking distance restaurants. The convenience of two local grocery stores also within walking distance allowed us to relax and have coffee with breakfast and a few other meals in. Exchanging money at three walking distance Canadian banks also made our stay simple. The apartment offers a safe for passports and cash, air conditioners in each bedroom and we had what we needed in the kitchen. The pool was a refreshing option from the sea and our balcony offered a peek-a-boo view of the sea. A driver was arranged to get us to and from the airport. We considered this a tour of the island as the airport is located south and the apartment location is north on the island. A very friendly and accommodating landlady was at the apartment to familiarize us with the suite and area. Tours, taxis, water taxis, bars, restaurants, groceries, banks, beach were all within walking distance.....you wouldn't need to rent a car to experience all the island offers to see. We would stay again based on location.
Had a very comfortable stay at this apartment. Located at Reduit Beach in Rodney Bay. A very pretty view from the balcony to the beach (very short walk). This is where we would enjoy our coffee before our hike up the mountain. Beautiful view from the Gazebo located half way up. The apartment was a perfect size had everything you needed should you like to stay in and cook. If you preferred to go out, there are many restaurants to chose from, all within walking distance. Very safe and the locals are super friendly. Lorna the local caretaker was very helpful or you could call Roger anytime. Highly recommend this place for the comfort, quietness and most of all, the location. Would stay here again. Thank you Roger.

One of the biggest attractions is our World Heritage Pitons and the drive-in volcano in Soufriere.
Nearby is the award winning Diamond Falls Botanical Gardens where one may bathe in the warm spring water, in baths once used by French King Louis xiv's troops in the 18th Century.
Some of the best snorkeling and scuba diving is also located in this area, at the Anse Chastanet Hotel just minutes north of the town of Soufriere.
One of the most rewarding adventures could well be hiking our rain forest or even climbing the Gros Piton.
Yet closer to our condo in the north, Pigeon Point historic ruins and fort is a must see. Revel in its rich history dating back to the famous English Admiral Rodney and learn of his role and St. Lucia's in the great conflict for the New World.
