That's what we have to offer with our 2 bedroom 1,100 sq. ft.unit, which is on the middle floor of the 12-unit complex, right on the southern end of Reduit, St. Lucia's best beach and steps away from the water. Just a few feet away is tranquil blue water. A walk up the beach reveals four hotel properties and Spinnakers Restaurant.

The condo is also very well located within easy walking distance to a variety of good restaurants, supermarkets, banks, businesses, two malls, a casino and the nightlife of Rodney Bay Village.

There is certainly no need to rent a car if you do not need to.

Our unit No. 7, has 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, a comfortable veranda to relax on (little birds come to visit us whenever we sit there having breakfast) and a large pool on our level at the back. It has everything that you will need for a most relaxing tropical vacation in an area that offers a little seclusion yet easy walking access to all the action.

The master bedroom has a door to the bathroom while the second bedroom's French door opens to the living area.

There is a bar with fridge, dining table for six, flat screen TV and a DVD player. The kitchen is simple and functional, has a propane gas stove/oven, microwave and comes with everything that you will need for a comfortable vacation. We also have a washer, dryer and a portable BBQ set for use poolside only.

We provide two (2) Tommy Bahama beach lounge chairs for your use and comfort.

There is free WiFi, 100 channels of cable television (not that you would want to watch much TV in such an environment) and a cell phone for your use (It is a pre-paid system so simply re-charge it at any of the many outlets in Rodney Bay Village easy walking distance away).

There is a regular driver that we use when we are in St. Lucia and we recommend that you consider him for transfers from and to Hewanorra International Airport at a cost to you, each way. He knows exactly where to take you to the condo. We can also arrange transfers from the domestic airport in the north, George Charles Airport, if you arrive from another Caribbean island.

Our manager, Lorna, who is also a long standing personal friend, will give you a wonderful briefing on behalf of my wife and myself. As a born St. Lucian herself, she will answer all your questions and give you excellent guidance.

So, if you do decide that you wish to stay in our simple yet superbly located apartment, enjoy it to the fullest as we do whenever we can stay there and take back with you memories of our enchanting island that will last forever.

About Warren A. Roger and T. Jeanette Sutherland

My wife and I are both Saint Lucians who retired in 2004 and returned to Canada to rejoin our family there but we make frequent trips to the island. For the last several years we have leased the property for long term periods (the last long term tenant was there for three years). We have now decided to make it available for vacation rentals so that we or our family may also use it occasionally.

One does not need to rent a car to have a great time.

Historic Pigeon Point is a less than 10 minute taxi drive away. Tour operators are based in Rodney Bay Village nearby for tours to Soufriere's volcano, Pitons, scuba, award winning botanical gardens. Horse riding, zip linning etc.

Location Location Location!!!! It's really true!!!

What a great condo and what a wonderful property owner to deal with. Roger and Jeannette have been outstanding in providing various informations to make our stay more than wonderful and comfortable. The condo is located near the beach which is great. It is a short walk to the supermarkets, restaurants and shopping. My husband really enjoyed the proximity to the Casino which he visited almost every evening either with me or my mother. We/ They walked over every night..and came back passed midnight just to say how close it was and very secure as well. I can say that the kitchen has more appliances then I have ever seen in a condo. My 12 years old enjoyed the pool, the proximity to shopping, the beach, the restaurants and the bars we went to, to enjoy music and to dance... We were there from Dec. 23rd 2016 to Jan. 8th 2017. p.s. I'd like to mention as well the great neighbours of the condo who were quite welcoming and helpful!

Beautiful St. Lucia

We had a wonderful two weeks at Roger and Jeannette's condo, sadly we had to return home. The condo is located 300 yards from one of the nicest beaches in St. Lucia and a short 5 minute walk to downtown Rodney Bay which has everything one would need (restaurants, shopping, supermarkets). The condo was well equipped and comfortable. Lorna, the building manager was always available and helpful. St. Lucia is one of the most beautiful islands in the Caribbean with a very diverse landscape (mountains, volcano's, rain forest & beautiful beaches) with lots to see and do. Thanks Roger & Jeannette for a great two weeks and we hope to return and thanks to Lorna for her assistance while we there.

My friend and I stayed in this apartment during our 2 week holiday in St. Lucia. The property is clean, comfortable and very conveniently located for the beach. It has everything you could possibly need for self catering and we would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending it to anyone wanting to visit the island either for a holiday (short term) or for work (longer term). Our special thanks go to Roger (the apartment owner) who provided exceptional customer service from the very moment we enquired about the apartment, the weeks leading up to the holiday, throughout our stay and to the very day of our departure. We really appreciated his friendly and helpful communication. Despite living abroad in Canada, it is evident that he genuinely cares about those who stay in his apartment and is keen to ensure that they are looked after well and enjoy their stay. It was such a nice surprise to receive a welcome call from him as well as a call when we were leaving to thank us for staying and to wish us a safe journey home. He even checked in on us to make sure we were ok after the island got battered by Tropical Storm Matthew (and warned us about the inclement weather in advance). He answers emails very quickly and nothing is too much trouble for him. He also returned our deposit money very quickly following our departure. Our thanks go also to Lorna (the apartment manager) who gave us a warm welcome and very kindly helped us to get familiar with the local area by taking us on a quick tour. She showed us where to book excursions, where to do our grocery shopping, where the good restaurants are etc. She popped in to see us a few times during the fortnight and even brought us lunch one day. How sweet! A really loving and friendly lady who will do anything to ensure your stay is enjoyable and comfortable. Alvin (the driver) is a great guy too and we thank him for taking us to and from the airport quickly and comfortably. He made our journeys very enjoyable by pointing out places of interest. St. Lucia is an amazing island in so many ways. It is a tropical paradise with spectacularly beautiful scenery. It is full of warm hearted people. We would love to visit again one day, and if we do have that chance, we will definitely be calling Roger to book his apartment again.

Great location – car not necessary

My husband and I stayed here 8 nights in late august 2016. Great communication with the owner, Roger, before and during our stay. The location Is really great, close to the beach and easy access to Rodney Bay with restaurants, shops and grocery stores. We didn’t even rent a car. We were met at the airport by Alvin as arranged with Roger and at the condo by Lorna, the manager, both very friendly and welcoming. We didn’t have any issues at all during our stay, but Lorna would check in on us regularly, just to make sure. Spacious condo and good size private balcony, loved the garden and the hummingbirds, didn’t use the pool much since the beach access was so easy. The kitchen had everything we needed – and more. Nice with the washer/dryer since we were traveling for 3 weeks in total. Also the internet was working very well. We had a wonderful stay in Rogers condo and will gladly recommend it!

Home Away From Home!

Condo was very clean and had every kitchen appliance plus cable and internet, so me, my mom and two aunts did not feel like we left home. Location is really ideal as it is very close to the beach, shopping and restaurants and a very nice pool on site. We did not have any issues while here and just as we figured out how to get around it was time to leave. Getting into town we caught the minibus for EC 2.25 and hired a recommended taxi driver named cecelia. Cecelia did a wonderful job showing us around. The supermarket has everything needed for preparing our own meals, and we enjoyed the fresh fruits of the island, especially fresh coconut water right from the nuts. Condo owners arranged transportation to and from airport for us so we weren't trying to find it on our own, and kept in touch with us to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I had a blast here and got depressed when I got dropped off at the airport and saw the Delta airways sign...yes it was back to reality. If going to St. Lucia I will definitely stay here again. Thank you very much for a wonderful time for me and my family.

Wonderful stay at a great location

We stayed here 5 nights last month. Our stay was pleasant and peaceful. Our 8 year old son loved the pool. The beach was only a few minute walk from the condo. The condo is well appointed with all the necessary appliance and dishes to cook for ourselves. The location is great and within walking distance of many restaurants and stores. After we returned home our deposit was returned very quickly with no trouble at all. Overall we would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to vacation here.

One of the biggest attractions is our World Heritage Pitons and the drive-in volcano in Soufriere.

Nearby is the award winning Diamond Falls Botanical Gardens where one may bathe in the warm spring water, in baths once used by French King Louis xiv's troops in the 18th Century.

Some of the best snorkeling and scuba diving is also located in this area, at the Anse Chastanet Hotel just minutes north of the town of Soufriere.

One of the most rewarding adventures could well be hiking our rain forest or even climbing the Gros Piton.

Yet closer to our condo in the north, Pigeon Point historic ruins and fort is a must see. Revel in its rich history dating back to the famous English Admiral Rodney and learn of his role and St. Lucia's in the great conflict for the New World.
