I have been enjoying the guests from all over the world. My home is a beautiful,quiet,cozy, warm and clean apartment in Denver.

It is very convenient and location is right by the Denver International Airport express road, 5 minutes to University of Colorado - School of Medicine, 20 minutes to Downtown. Next to pena blvd which is merging into major Highway 70 and 225. Average 1-2 hours to Ski resorts. It will be future Western Stock Show permanent area. Many restaurants and Aurora Mall Shopping Center are within 5-7 minutes driving distance. Public transportation (RTD 45) stop is nearby.Free parking.

You are welcome to visit my apt. complex swimming pool and gym as my guests.

Your bed in made when you arrive, towels provided and cleaning included, and my kitchen is fully equipped.

Good Location, Comfortable 2 Story Close to Airport

Our first stay in this unit versus the other condo with the same owner in Aurora. The location is good with easy access off Pena and close proximity to grocery shopping and the airport. The unit itself is comfortable with 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 full baths, kitchen, dining, living and utility on the first floor. This is a second and third story until so you have to climb stairs upon entry. Mattress was comfortable. Shower head in master bedroom could use replacing so we mainly used the other shower.

Quiet neighbors but the unit is across the street from a fire station so there is an occasional run - mostly during the day and they don't just blare the sirens since the traffic is not too busy. I worked from the unit all day for a month - average was 1-2 runs per day. There is a nice walking path close by around a lake and a recreation center. The owner will let you use his pass to the condo pool and fitness center which is nice.

The unit is really in need of a good deep cleaning. Carpets and furniture have stains that could be removed with steam cleaning. Unit was vacuumed and had been surfaced cleaned but I think more could be done with the cleaning fee. Several light bulbs missing, dirt in light fixtures, TV upstairs is not connected to cable. No issues with furnace, heat, washer, dryer or appliances so this fit our needs while we were there for a month. The coach is a sofa bed and is not that comfortable for sitting in the evenings - good wifi and adequate cable.

It took longer than acceptable to receive our security deposit back - over 45 days, and required several messages to the owner. So be prepared to not see your deposit any sooner than 45 days (which is the maximum allowed in Colorado without a reason for not returning it).

King Soopers grocery and Walmart neighborhood grocery both within a mile, African Grill had great food, several restaurant options out on this growing area.

Convenient and has all amenities

My family stayed in this apartment for 3 weeks while our daughter was in Children's Hospital. It was very convenient to the hospital, as well as grocery stores and the airport. Easy to hop on I-70 to get anywhere else too! Apartment was spacious, and although it had some wear and tear, it was comfortable for us. The complex itself has a workout room and pool (which was closed), so an added bonus!

Do Not Stay Here!!

This stay was the worst condo we have ever stayed in and we have stayed in several and had great experiences. Our first 4 days we were without air conditioning with 100 degree weather outside. The owner gave excuses as to why air was not working such as we must have messed with program to we should be thankful that at least it was "cooler" than outside! It was 85 degrees in the condo at night! Finally on the third day after saying it absolutely had to be fixed,he had someone come out but it would be the next day before they could come! Fourth day someone came and found problem and temporarily fixed it so we could have a few days of air. Owner then complained to me about how much it was going to cost to replace the unit. The condo was out dated with one box TV, holes and chipped paint in walls, minimal kitchen supplies and towels for bathroom were so old you could see through them and had stains. Now after all that, it has been 2 months since our stay and the owner did not give refundable damage deposit back! Stay away from here!!!!!
