We tried to save the charm of an old city building and brought some new contemporary features. Refinished hardwood floors, New windows, New Heating and cooling system, Kitchen, dining nook, and bathroom are just few items you will love here.
The apartment is very big (1500 sq feet) and has three private bedrooms, so plenty of room for all family members or co-workers.
Central location makes it perfect for exploring St Louis. It is within 10 minutes driving to all major attractions, Hospitals, and Schools.

We admire old charm in these St Louis city buildings, closeness to all the events and attractions. We are glad that St Louis has great neighborhoods like this.

The manager of the property actually let us check in an hour early. They had a dozen doughnuts waiting on us in the living room of the property. Mr Dimitry recommended a couple of good food places (uncle bills). Overall good affordable place.
The place was beautiful but the bed was horable. If you don't like squeakie hard wood floors I would not recommend.
This apartment was clean, spacious, well appointed and in a good location. The owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with before and during our trip. We would recommend this place to others!
This was very comfortable for my family of 5. The neighborhood felt safe as well and there was a garage we could use.
There are quite a few stairs to access the apartment so if someone has mobility issues they should know that, but it wasn't a problem for us.
Great communication with owner. Apt was clean and comfortable. 2 adults and 4 young kids stayed. There wasnt a pot in the kitchen. I texted owner and he immediately responded and rectified it! The only thing I would change is for the owner to have some info. in the apt about where to put full garbage, what if dish soap is empty (buy more or contact owner?), etc. - basically the ins and outs of the property. The floors are old and creaky if your family is super light sleepers. But I highly recommend this apt!
