Welcome to Seachase W202 a beautiful, low floor condo right on the beach! This unit has gorgeous, marble, walk-in showers in both bathrooms and a stunning upgraded kitchen with white cabinets and granite countertops. This unit is nicely decorated and has a light beachy feel. One well-behaved dog weighing 20 lbs or less is allowed. A pet fee applies.
PLEASE NOTE: NO SPRING BREAKERS. THERE MUST BE SOMEONE OVER THE AGE OF 30 IN THE UNIT AT ALL TIMES. AS PER NEW CITY ORDINANCE, NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE ALLOWED ON THE BEACH DURING THE MONTH OF MARCH.

We have stayed at the condo for 4 winter seasons and plan on returning. It has been remodeled with classy taste in decor and has every comfort of home. The bright kitchen is supplied with anything you could possible be in need of for cooking scrumptious meals. High end refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, washer and dryer and spacious marble countertops. Always clean and fresh when we arrive and everything is promptly corrected if we should encounter any problem. Cheerful rooms make it easy to relax and being on the second floor it is just a snap to be on the white sandy beach.
An elevator and carts available for easy car unloading and loading. A short walk to town or the grocery store and even a supper club across the street. Plenty of free parking. Trolley stops close by.
The view is amazing. Well stocked condo. Walking distance from the beach. Would definitely come back. Highly recommend this property.
I have stayed at this sight for several times with friends. This visit I decided to take my family and their children. 7 month old twins! This unit was perfect for all of the comforts of home. We were near all of the tourist attractions but yet far enough away from all of the traffic and crowds. I love this area and would love to own one of these units. Newer televisions in the bedrooms would be nice. And I wish the pool was a bit larger. It really has all the comforts of home. Kitchen was fully equipped. We all enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend it to anyone! We will be returning very soon!
This condo was just as beautiful as the pictures, and to my surprise it was the most adequately supplied condo I have ever stayed in. From a good coffee maker, good blender, can opener, plenty of good cookware and silverware,..... too much to name. It was absolutely great! No long waits for the elevator, you're only on the 2nd floor so took the stairs most of the time. It was really close to the Winn Dixie, which had everything, and just a few minutes to Pier Park. We will definitely be staying here again.
WE HAVE ENJOYED OUR STAY TREMENDOUSLY AND ARE THRILLED TO BE ABLE TO INCLUDE OUR MALTESE THAT WE WOULD NOT BE HAPPY WITHOUT. THIS UNIT NEEDS NEW TV'S IN BOTH BEDROOMS, HOWEVER THERE ARE SO MANY GREAT FEATURES, SUCH AS THE SHOWERS, LARGEST ROOMS ON THE BEACH, AND THIS UNIT IS ESSENTIALLY WHITE AND SO VERY CLEAN UPON ARRIVAL. IT IS FULLY STOCKED, EVEN SHAMPOO AND LOTION. WHAT MORE CAN WE EXPECT? THANK YOU FOR ADDING TO THE PLEASURE OF OUR VACATION.
This condo was one of the nicest units we have stayed in. Well stocked, clean and comfortable. Parking was not a problem in April but at busy times there could be a problem. Parking across the street has been eliminated because of construction. Our first week there were barking dogs early morning and later in evening, but once they left only the odd bark was heard. There is no onsite management so building rules are not enforced.
Seachase is conveniently located just 1.5 miles west of Pier Park and 1.7 miles from Frank Brown Park.
