Welcome to Seachase W202 a beautiful, low floor condo right on the beach! This unit has gorgeous, marble, walk-in showers in both bathrooms and a stunning upgraded kitchen with white cabinets and granite countertops. This unit is nicely decorated and has a light beachy feel. One well-behaved dog weighing 20 lbs or less is allowed. Please note, the rates below do not include fees and taxes. Please call or email for a complete quote.

PLEASE NOTE: NO SPRING BREAKERS. THERE MUST BE SOMEONE OVER THE AGE OF 30 IN THE UNIT AT ALL TIMES. AS PER NEW CITY ORDINANCE, NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE ALLOWED ON THE BEACH DURING THE MONTH OF MARCH.

*Maximum Occupancy: 6

*All members of party must be over the age of 30 or have a parent/guardian staying in the room to reserve this unit.

*Absolutely no smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony.

Sea chase vacation with family.

I have stayed at this sight for several times with friends. This visit I decided to take my family and their children. 7 month old twins! This unit was perfect for all of the comforts of home. We were near all of the tourist attractions but yet far enough away from all of the traffic and crowds. I love this area and would love to own one of these units. Newer televisions in the bedrooms would be nice. And I wish the pool was a bit larger. It really has all the comforts of home. Kitchen was fully equipped. We all enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend it to anyone! We will be returning very soon!

Most Beautiful Condo Ever!

This condo was just as beautiful as the pictures, and to my surprise it was the most adequately supplied condo I have ever stayed in. From a good coffee maker, good blender, can opener, plenty of good cookware and silverware,..... too much to name. It was absolutely great! No long waits for the elevator, you're only on the 2nd floor so took the stairs most of the time. It was really close to the Winn Dixie, which had everything, and just a few minutes to Pier Park. We will definitely be staying here again.

LOVELY CONDO TERRIFIC MANAGEMENT

WE HAVE ENJOYED OUR STAY TREMENDOUSLY AND ARE THRILLED TO BE ABLE TO INCLUDE OUR MALTESE THAT WE WOULD NOT BE HAPPY WITHOUT. THIS UNIT NEEDS NEW TV'S IN BOTH BEDROOMS, HOWEVER THERE ARE SO MANY GREAT FEATURES, SUCH AS THE SHOWERS, LARGEST ROOMS ON THE BEACH, AND THIS UNIT IS ESSENTIALLY WHITE AND SO VERY CLEAN UPON ARRIVAL. IT IS FULLY STOCKED, EVEN SHAMPOO AND LOTION. WHAT MORE CAN WE EXPECT? THANK YOU FOR ADDING TO THE PLEASURE OF OUR VACATION.

Beautiful Unit

This condo was one of the nicest units we have stayed in. Well stocked, clean and comfortable. Parking was not a problem in April but at busy times there could be a problem. Parking across the street has been eliminated because of construction. Our first week there were barking dogs early morning and later in evening, but once they left only the odd bark was heard. There is no onsite management so building rules are not enforced.

Beautiful unit--tired building

A beautiful and well appointed unit in all aspects (some cloudy windows). If you keep the doors closed or don't care about barking dogs and pot and cigarette smoke, things are good.

The building in almost on top of the road and traffic noise is loud, especially with Thunderbeach there. Could not have the doors open then either.

Pool is very small, cold and unusable. The pool deck needs replacement.

The view and beach are outstanding, like the unit itself.

The worst thing is the fact that there is no one around for security or anything else. Lots of complaints but no one there to act.

Yes, it is a 1986 building but the spectacular floor plans and spacious interiors make Seachase one of the most popular rentals we manage. Fantastic vacation!

This condo is beautifully decorated, well-equipped, spacious, clean, and comfortable. We were also happy that we could bring our little beagle along. The kitchen is very up-to-date, and the bathrooms are the loveliest I have ever seen in a beach condo. We enjoyed the spacious, private balcony, especially in the early morning and evening. We would suggest that condo rules include a smoking ban on the balconies in order to eliminate the problem of drifting cigarette smoke that disturbs non-smokers. The parking situation was our biggest concern; there are not enough spaces, and we were reluctant to park across the street. Also the pool was somewhat small, considering the number of people staying at the complex. We have rented a number of condos at Panama City Beach in the past, and this unit was by far the best! It was great to be away from the thick of the action and the crowds yet close enough for a quick visit to Pier Park and other attractions. We would certainly recommend this property to others. We definitely plan to return again as soon as we can.
