3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Bathrooms, Private Pool, Stunning setting - MONTHLY RENTAL ONLY

1,600 square feet. Downstairs is an open plan granite surfaced kitchen, open dinning room and lounge as well as a study room off the side with a sofa bed. This leads out through large French doors to the covered deck.

Upstairs there is a master bedroom with king size bed and en suite bathroom which also has a large outside deck. There is a second bedroom with a Queen bed and third bedroom with Twin beds. There is a large flatscreen television in the lounge and two flatscreen televisions upstairs. All have DVDs and are COMCAST cabled. There is wired internet access throughout the house and free telephone calls on the land line.

The house is equipped with everything from a Kitchen Aid mixer to a Weber barbecue for outside cooking next to the heated pool.

There is also a large communal heated pool in the complex (along with a second smaller pool) and a gym for fitness fanatics or just those who want to loosen up.

The golf course surrounds you, but the house and deck is not in range of any rogue golf ball.

It is one of the sunniest and brightest properties on the golf course and you can sit out all day and night on the porch and enjoy the bird life and tranquility.

The home is a holiday home with quality solid wood furniture (no flat pack) decorated to create a tranquil sea-side setting without clutter.

What makes this house unique

Sit on the porch and watch Kites flying high over head, see a Heron at the edge of the salt pond among the mangroves or listen to the sound of ducks landing on the water and you will understand the beauty of the setting.

The inside of the house is as calm as the outside, and walk, cycle or jog around the small roads in the Golf Club and enjoy the riot vegetation, the wildlife and the harmony of the houses.

It was in the Golf Course in a gated community called the Sanctuary. It was a great home away from home. Very comfortable. I will say everything worked out great and I truly would recommend! Beautiful!!

We vacationed here for the month of November 2014. Perfect location, close to all that Key West has to offer, yet quiet and secluded. The community pool was wonderful, never crowded. The house had everything you needed to enjoy your stay. Carl the Realtor was very helpful, filled the grill tank, left a map and some suggested activities we might want to try while on vacation. The back deck area was awesome, with wild life galore. We made friends with the ducks and some very large lizards. The Den came in handy for my husbands daily naps. We tried many restaurants and even had Thanksgiving at the Banana Cafe in town who served the best turkey we have ever eaten. Some of us biked daily, some walked, but everyone agreed it was a great place to vacation and that we would love to return next year. The best of both worlds...close to town, yet quiet and private.

A quiet oasis opposite a salt lake with a riot of vegetation, birds and wildlife. On the golf course and only a few miles into Old Town where life moves up several gears!
