This is a terraced house with rooftop solarium located about 20 minutes walking distance to local beaches & warm waters of the Mar Menor, with its shallow calm waters, ideal for young children. Here there is its famous therapeutic mud baths to heal skin complaints & rheumatic ailments. There is a nature reserve on the salt flats which has varied bird life including flamingos giving scenic views in early morning and evening. Surrounding area is flat and ideal for cycling, bikes can be hired locally. There is a market on Mondays. San Pedro is a typical Spanish town with tapas bars & restaurants typifying local Spanish culture. One of the largest Spa in the area called Thalasia and the adjoining hotel are now open. These are located approx. 100 yds away. The property is situated on a newly developed site and the area directly in front of house is awaiting landscaping.

Great house in a peaceful location

The house is situated only ten minutes drive from San Javier airport, three minutes from the AP-7 dual carriageway and five minutes from the beach, so is in an ideal location. The property faces an open space, so you are not overlooked and has a front terrace for alfresco dining, a balcony for evening drinks and a very private rooftop solarium for sunbathing.

The sandy white beach at Las Salinas is fairly quiet even at weekends. El Mojon is more easily accessible and is quiet during the week, but gets busier at weekends.

The house has everything you could possibly need and also has the use of a communal pool.

The area is very peaceful and the neighbours (a mix of Spanish and English) are all friendly.

We ate at Sal Y Pimienta (within walking disctance) twice - the tapas there is great.

Schönes Haus, gut eingerichtet in ruhiger Seitenstraße. Alles vorhanden.

Sauberkeit OK für ein Ferienhaus. Bequeme Betten, großes Elternschlafzimmer und gutes Zweibett- und Einbettzimmer.

Schöne Terrasse - ideal zum Speisen, da sie ruhig liegt und nicht intensiv von der Sonne beschienen wird.

Alle Eingänge haben zusätzlich Gittertüren - somit hohe Sicherheit für alle Wertsachen.

Parkmöglichkeit direkt vor dem Haus.

Schöner Strand nur ein paar Minuten entfernt. Einkaufmöglichkeiten im Zentrum von San Pedro del Pinatar schnell zu erreichen.

Schlüsselübergabe durch Nachbarin problemlos und unkompliziert.

hemos estado en esta casa mis padres ( mayores ) y yo , en agosto 2010 , tengo que decir que la casa esta fenomenal en cuanto a limpieza , espaciosa , muy bien equipada ... mas que una casa es un chalet de 3 plantas nuevo y con una piscina muy chula y tranquila .

En cuanto a la atencion recibida por parte del dueño tengo que decir que muy buena y educado . la unica desventaja es la situacion , ya que se encuentra en una urbanizacion nueva que carece de los servicios minimos ( para comprar pan hay que ir muy lejos ). se necesita coche , tanto para hacer compras como para ir a la playa . si quieres tranquilidad , desde luego es ideal . Con coche es una gozada porque tardas unos 5 minutos en ponerte en la playa y en lopagan donde hay de todo .hemos estado muy a gusto , y ellen que nos recibio es muy amable , a pesar del idioma ya que no sabia español .

San Pedro is ideally situated for trips to Torrevieja, Murcia, Cartegena, La Manga and the Sierra Espuna National Park. There are 3 championship golf courses within 15 mins drive including La Manga club, another 7 being constructed. There is a wide variety of bars, cafes, shops, also a culture theatre and the main church in the square.
