This rental is a first floor apartment in a legal two family home. The second floor apartment is owner occupied. 1880's Victorian with lovely antique wood floors and wrap around porch. Just a 3 minute walk to public transportation (Hampton Jitney, Long Island Railroad, Shelter Island Ferry) & the heart of Greenport Village. Two bedroom (One Queen Bedroom, One Bedroom with two twin beds), One Full Bath with shower/tub, One Half Bath off Master Bedroom, Eat in Kitchen with large Island and seating for 6+, Dishwasher, electric stove/oven, Keurig coffee maker & K-cups, fondue pot, cookware/bakeware, place setting for 8, washer/dryer. Cable TV, Wireless Internet, Phone. Large back deck with gas fire pit, gas grill and patio table/umbrella & seating for 6, side screen porch, on-site parking for two cars. Additional free parking is available on the side streets. Ceiling fans through out, window A/C in bedrooms, oil fired baseboard heat. Sleeps 4 very comfortably. Additional guests: The living room can accommodate a 5th & 6th guest on portable bedding for an additional charge of $50 per person per night. When a 5th &/or 6th guest is added to the reservation the fee will apply for each night of the reservation. One night stay available but during the Summer and Fall seasons please inquire for a quote.

ONE NIGHT STAY FEE: *One Night Stay available but will incur a surcharge as follows: $100/Fri-Sat. Late Spring/Summer/Fall.

The Fabulous Porch on Front

We came to Greenport to start 2017 and staying at the Porch on Front started this year perfectly.

Mindy and her husband have thought of everything to make the stay so warm and comfortable. Milk and coffee where already in waiting. Kitchen had everything imaginable you could needs beds and linens of great quality. Towels galore.

The apartment is so charming. Mindy even had a Christmas tree up for us.

Four adults stayed and we had plenty of room . We so enjoyed sitting on the back deck with the gas fire pit keeping us toasty.

We also rent our place in South Carolina on vbro and literally wrote a list of all the extra niceties Mindy does to use at our place

We will definitely return may more times.

Cute and cozy Greenport

Convenient and well-equipped apartment for a girls weekend. The apartment was clean. It was nice to have access to extra towels, staples like olive oil, and the washer and dryer. It was too cold for us to take advantage of the gas fire pit out back, but that would have been great. The location was walkable to town, the LIRR, and the Jitney. Mindy was available and responsive on text and email.

Awesome house

Mindy goes above and beyond to make you comfortable at this rental. Milk in the refrigerator, newspapers, recommendations for restaurants, etc. We will be back!

Great location and place to stay.

The home was very clean and worked great for my group of 6. A short walk to the shops and restaurants in town and a short drive to wineries. I would definitely stay again. Better and more affordable than hotels in the area.
