Very comfortable. A great place to use as a base for our day trips - hiking, shopping, museums etc.
Comfortable, quiet road, great place to use as a base for our vacation.
Clean, roomy, cozy and glide to slopes and town.
We had a great time, the house was easy to get to, very comfortable and clean. Close to slopes and to outlet stores. Great weekend, hope to stay again next year.
Will rent again
Andrei was a very accommodating host.
We loved the fireplace, the location, and pet friendliness was exactly what we needed!
Would love to see updated dishwasher and washer when we return.
Thanks for a great week, Andrei!
Very nice home located on a secluded road with beautiful views of the valley leading to Manchester.
Had a great stay with my parents and 3 young children. Perfectly located between Manchester and Bromley Mountain. Had a wonderful dinner at Mistral's, just down the road. Fun times at Bromley during the day. Well equipped kitchen and plenty of room to relax by the fire. Have already recommended to some friends who are looking in the area.
Wonderful Idyllic Retreat!
We had a lovely stay in the chalet. It rained our first day, but we enjoyed a walk down the road, the nearby town of Manchester, and a longer hike by equinox lake. We were traveling with our two young children, and the house had what we needed. The owner, Andrei, was very responsive throughout, and even mailed us some toys we left behind by accident (thank you!!). The library in Manchester has the biggest and nicest children's section we have ever seen - we highly recommend it to families with kids. We wished we had had more time there. We enjoyed Bromley's alpine slide and adventure park on our second day before heading home.
The master bed was very comfortable (that is the only one we can speak to), and it was so nice to sit out on the deck after the kids were in bed. The sound of the brook and the view down the valley were great.
We will definitely look to stay here again when we come back to the area.
Delightful place to spend time with the family.
What a wonderful place to be. Just far enough away from everyone but close enough to not be a hassle when you needed something from the market. The home was well appointed and comfortable, and reasonably priced for our three week stay. The three of us (counting Archie, the dog) took long walks several times a day. Since we were there in the summer the wild flowers were everywhere and the area was uncrowded and quiet. The owner, Andrei, was easily reachable and responsive to our questions, but he was completely unobtrusive. I highly recommend staying here. We will certainly try to come back.
