Our condo was completely renovated and newly furnished and includes one bedroom with Queen bed; one bedroom with 2 twin beds; living room with a Queen sleeper sofa and matching loveseat; 2 full baths; medium sized dining table; bar area with 3 stools; fully equipped full-sized kitchen; large furnished balcony that overlooks the pool and beach with sunset views; new complete linens, bath towels, beach towels; and 4 beach chairs. There is a parking garage, fitness room, nine tennis courts overlooking the bay, boat docks, beautiful lobby, laundry facility 15 steps from the unit. Enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of South Seas on Tiger Tail Beach. 55 Acre gated community with pools, tennis courts, tropical grounds, and of course the white sands and blue waters of the Florida Gulf Coast. Marco Island features world class restaurants with waterfront dining, nearby golf, boat excursions to the 10,000 islands, sunset dinner cruises, nearby Everglades, and some of the best shelling and bird watching anywhere.

The 4 towers compromising the South Seas development are first class - well-run, immaculately groomed, 2 large heated swimming pools, covered parking and above all safe. As it is a gated community, feel safe leaving golf clubs in the car every night.
This recently updated and beautifully decorated condo is spacious and clean and all you need for a fun and relaxing beach stay. The owner has thought of everything necessary to make your home away from home perfect: a well stocked kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, comfy large bed in master bedroom and two twins in second bed room, powerful and relaxing shower in master bath and tub/shower in second bath, 50" flat screen TV with cable, DVD player with Netflix and other apps, fast Internet, sofa bed in living room, deck furniture - this condo has everything. But of all the amenities, maybe most valuable are the beach toys, beach chairs, beach towels and most important beach cart needed to haul all of the above to the beach (.4 mile walk). Have to also mention that the beach was amazing!!
The condo's view overlooks the pool. And if heights are not your thing, this condo is conveniently located on the 2nd floor which makes skipping the sometimes busy elevator and taking the steps an option.
A novel idea is the owner's "pay if forward" concept: leave non-perishable leftovers behind and use what those ahead of you have left.
Bottom line - the condo's owner is communicative and responsive and really does all possible to make your stay a success!
The unit is great for 4 people. We had 2 adult couples staying for a week and had plenty of space. Convenient to pool but a long walk to ocean. Take advantage of the 4 beach chairs provided and use the beach cart! We had a great time on Marco Island! Beach is gorgeous! Also, there is a great group of people that play pickle ball (right across the street in the development) that taught me to play! Would be nice to have more drawer space in 2nd bedroom for clothes. There is a list of restaurants that the owners like to frequent included in the literature which is very helpful. Sunset Grille in the Apollo Hotel is great place for food & cocktails to watch the sunset! Owners are prompt and very helpful when asked for info. Thanks, Jan
The unit met all expectations. Sunset from the balcony was spectacular. The owner was great and responded to all questions immediately. Wow would highly recommend this unit.
The condo is lovely and a perfect place for a relaxing vacation. It has all the comforts of home in a beautiful location with easy access to the pool and the beach. The
shelling on the beach is unbelievable. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great vacation spot.

All the great sun and sand of Marco Island. Northern edge of Marco Island's renowned Crescent Beach, with secluded beaches, sea birds, turtles, shelling, and fishing right out front. Near Naples, with lots of public golf courses, great restaurants, etc. both on Marco and over in Naples.
