Hi there -
Welcome to Montana! My name is Will and work in project management in the software industry. When not tied to my computer, I enjoy spending as much time outside as possible. Some favorite past-times include: Traveling, Skiing, hiking, biking and camping.
Will purchased this house in 2006
Although not a native of Montana, I grew up frequently camping, exploring the area with my family. Yellowstone and the surrounding area quickly became a favorite vacation place as I grew older. I choose this property for it's views, proximity to the Bridger Mountains, peaceful location and yet still remaining close to town for urban pursuits.
My husband and I spent 6 nights in Will's house in Bozeman recently and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood with lovely views of the foothills of the Bridger mountains. We walked in the mornings and met a lot of the neighbors and they were all very friendly. The house had everything we needed to be comfortable, including a hair dryer, iron, and washer/drier. We recommend the Sypes Canyon trail, it was a great hike. We took a full day and made the trip to Yellowstone. It is well worth the 1.5 hour drive. We saw elk, bison, deer, trumpeter swans, pronghorn sheep, and a badger. Will was great to work with, and before we even landed back in our home town, I had an email confirming that my damage deposit had been refunded. How's that for efficient?! We've been to Bozeman many times over the years because we have family there, but if you haven't been to Bozeman before we really recommend it. It's a lovely town with lots to do.
Our family- 3 kids and us- enjoyed a wonderful stay in Bozeman at this location. The inside had plenty of space for all of us and offered an incredibly scenic view on the deck each morning. We were located in a really nice and quiet neighborhood with any services- food, gas, local hangouts- very accessible. We were met on arrival and given a thorough run through of the home which was very clean and well stocked and included the use of a garage. Will gave us some great tips on local highlights (Sypes Canyon Trail is a must and it's within 2 miles of the home, Montana Ale House has awesome bison burgers, and the downtown area on Main St. has nice local shopping opportunities) and was very attentive to all our needs. We were 1hr 45 min from Yellowstone's North Entrance and within 45 minutes of ziplining and fly-fishing. We'd highly recommend this location for anyone traveling to the Bozeman area...can't say enough nice things about the property and the trip in general!
Yellowstone National Park - 1hr 20 minutes to North Entrance
Hyalite Canyon - 30 minutes
