Our home has 4 bedrooms. Sleeps 8 comfortably. Master bedroom has a king size bed located on the 2nd floor. Two twin beds also on the second floor. One full size bed and daybed located on the first floor. Fully stocked kitchen. Easy access to yard, pool and bar-b-que. Ample closets, 2 full baths with bathtubs. A/C, hardwood floors. Property located very close to town, shopping, restaurants and beaches. Linens provided. Washer/Dryer on premises. Low maintenance home clean as a whistle!
My husband and I are originally from Brooklyn New York. Paul moved out to long island at the age of 4. However, considers himself a native long islander! He is a fishing enthusiast and has been coming to the east end since the early 1970's. Owning a home on the east end had been one of our goals primarily to be able to come out for Paul to fish and just relax when convenient for us to do so. I was not familiar with the area before meeting my husband. I am now residing in Long Island for 17 years. The more familiar I get with the east end the more I feel at home. There is nothing like driving out to the house for a weekend and knowing serenity awaits us. We are able to get away from the hustle bustle of our everyday lives sit back and relax and just enjoy. We usually try a new restaurant or two each time we go out. The continued search adds to the fun. We have found a couple of restaurants in particular that we consider our favorites and will keep them in our rotation for sure. We hope to retire out east one day and make it our full time home. I'm sure anyone who visits will have a most memorable vacation. East Hampton has always been known for it's world renowned beaches! Buying a home in the Springs area of East Hampton worked for us for many reasons. One in particular is the close proximity to our home and family in western Suffolk.
Very close to Montauk which is always a nice way to spend the day. Perhaps visit the lighthouse! Whatever your pleasure the beach, shopping, restaurants, outdoor activities they are all within your reach.
The house is in close proximity to East HAMPTON village. Shopping, restaurants, beaches. Approximately 20 minutes further east Montauk (The surf fishing capital )has whale watching, lighthouse tours, more beaches, restaurants and shopping.

One third deposit required at reservation. 10% security deposit also required at this time. 2nd instalment one month after initial deposit is received. Payment in full one month(or no less than 3 wks) before occupying premises. This applies to advance booking. If property is allocated close to date of occupancy the terms will then be determined. (Subject to arrival )
