Sorry, no pets, no smoking. As tenants, a GVR (Green Valley Recreation Centers) tenant/guest pass is available (approx. $40 for 3 mos), that provides access to all GVR facilities, craft making classes, numerous swim pools w/water aerobics, exercise-fitness centers, tennis/pickle ball courts and other activities for most interests!
If you enjoy lots of vitamin D (sunshine), plus great golf course/vistas, the Smithsonian Mt Hopkins Whipple observatory, all levels of hiking (including Madera canyon), cycling-road/mountain, craft & theatre workshops, card game clubs, church fellowship, relaxation and much, much have to experience Green Valley!
We were renters in Green Valley for 10 years, before recently purchasing this great, view oriented home. We are Oregon residents, and spend the summers in the 'last frontier...Alaska'. We have owned rental properties for over 40 years, and respect a tenants privacy and goodwill, along with the accountability that they respect our homes. Many renters have become friends through the years!!

Coming from the great Pacific Northwest, there were not many options to enjoy staying/living in another environment as versatile and beautiful. But, after retirement, and the desire to have sunshine/warm weather, at least part of the winter, this high desert has been absolutely incredible for our needs.
This bright, high vaulted ceiling, east facing view home, is just large enough for entertaining, comfort, easy access to highways to Tucson, Tubac, even Nogales, and the quiet lifestyle GV allows. The airport access is great. The community has so many options/diversions you want to try them all!
Easy drive to 'Old Pueblo Tucson', with it's history plus University of Arizona cultural & sporting events. Great Pima Community College plays and concerts. Visit popular attractions including: Titan missle museum, the Pima air & space museum & aircraft 'boneyard', Whipple Observatory on Mt Hopkins, historic Tumacacori & San Xavier missions, Saguaro National East & West section parks, the Sonora Desert Museum, Old Tucson movie sets, Kartchner cavern tours, Tombstone, The Gaslight vaudeville theater, casinos, Wisdom's restaurant (best margaritas in the world), Madera Canyon picnic/hikes, copper mine tours, Tubac art village, and so much more!!
