We are native North Florida residence and like to extend all the southern charm we have been noted for. We own two restaurants, and believe customer service is key in having repeat customers. We are looking to make your experience so good you will want to keep coming back each year. We currently live on the St. Johns River in Fleming Island and like to think of ourselves as water people. We have four acres of unspoiled property with two boats with a 400 ft dock.. So we were very picky about where we wanted a second home. It had to be unique and offer more than any other place on the beach and we feel we found it here at Tradewinds. Folks have been coming to this property for 20+ years with their families because of its many amenities. Rent once and you will want to become a regular renter. I do feel like all the renters start feeling like family and have always been very respectful of the Condo and the property.
Growing up in Florida you tend to want to stay away from the crowds and just enjoy the natural beauty of North Florida. We might have a southern draw, but you can pretty much figure out we are speaking English. I get back to inquires very quickly and try and call the person directly to answer all questions they might have. I get tired of getting voice mails and not specking to a person that has never even been in the Condo I might want to rent. So I am available to my guest when they need something.
Sabrina Noyes purchased this condo in 2009
We had looked at the Daytona area but it was much too congested and not the natural setting that we get looking out at the water on both sides of the Complex.
We looked at several complexes on the beach and this one offered everything you would want in a Condo on the beach. We have a boat and like to go sailing, kayaking ,and my husband can take his Sea Ray out because we have our own private boat ramp with boat storage so the Intercoastal Waterway was a big plus. This beach is unspoiled part of old Florida. Living in Florida you don't want to be crowded and have to stand in line for amenities.
The added feature of the private fishing dock and boat ramp made it a must for us to have our second home here.
This is the kind of place Marjorie K. Rawlings wrote about in Cross Creek an seen in 'The Yearling'
This is the Florida that Jimmy Buffet sings about....Good ole A1A off the beaten path of crowds and tourist.
Fort Matanzas is just south of us and has free admission for your family. There are very Many State Parks in the area. Its a very unspoiled area.
Just a Beautiful Beach and lots of sun and great place to throw out your fishing rod. You can fish from the Beach for saltwater fish or on our private dock which is lighted and has a fish cleaning station and is located on the Matanzas River.
We have fishing rods for the children and two more for adults with tackle. If your looking for live bait Devils Elbow is about a mile North on the River side of the street.
We have Beach towels and Ice chest for your visit.
My husband and I just returned from a 3 day, quickly planned getaway to Crescent Beach. Sabrina was great from start to finish. The condo was spotless and inviting upon arrival. She has thought of every detail to make her guests comfortable. We love the area and hope to become regular visitors and will always check with Sabrina first to see if her place is available!
My family and I had a wonderful experience while we stayed at this location. The distance from the beach, pool, and parking were all very convenient. The owner was always available and made our stay special. We plan to return and have already recommended this property to friends.
The property was exceptional and so was Sabrina! Top notch service, location, and communication!! We will definitely be back A+ rating
We enjoyed our stay. The beach was beautiful. There was even two nice each chairs, fishing rods, boogie boards, games, skim board and other stuff for us to use.
We had a great time at Crescent Beach. This was our second visit and we will definitely go again. Sabrina's condo is wonderful - clean, comfortable, well-situated to beach and pool, and well-stocked. This condo has everything you could need and more. We were so impressed! King size bed in the master is very comfortable. We didn't use the second bedroom, but there is definitely room for seven in this condo. Our only complaint would be that there is no washer or dryer in the condo; have to use the one on site, but it was never crowded and it was clean. We enjoyed being on the beach and on the river. There were even fishing poles, beach chairs, beach toys, beach towels, flipflops (just in case you forgot yours), and a beach umbrella. When I say well-stocked, I mean WELL-STOCKED! Great place! Sabrina, the owner, was also quite personable and very helpful.
The property exceeded our expectations. Very clean and well appointed with nice furnishings. Wonderful view and great location with easy access to the ocean and many nearby great restaurants(especially enjoyed Viola's). Peaceful and relaxing and only 20 minute drive to St Augustine attractions.
Unit 163 is one of the 60 condos we have here at Tradewinds. It is a lovely condominium with all the furnishing. We are 15 minutes away from the historical St. Augustine. There are plenty of sites to see and activities to do. There is a and amazing diversity of restaurants, shops and museums to visit. St. Augustine is a little town with a lot to offer.
