Why Joey and Ron Richards chose Grand Canyon

We chose this property because we lived in Kingman, AZ and traveled many times to Williams, AZ to go fishing, browse through the antique shops, eat at the excellent restaurants and we just fell in love with the area.

What makes this house unique

This home is so unique because of the beautiful Knotty Pine walls throughout and the peacefulness we feel being surrounded by the trees and nature. It is a great escape from everyday life.

Wonderful experience

  • 5 of 5

My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay. Everything that we needed was available to us. We enjoyed being secluded and the beautiful surroundings. When we ventured into Williams to eat we found the town to be a true experience. The food that we had while in Williams was wonderful and the town itself reminds me of Radiator Springs from Cars if it had the scenery of Sedona. We both enjoyed how close it is to the Grand Cayon and visited twice while we were there. Thank you for sharing your place with us. We will look to stay here again in the future.

They thought of everything...

  • 5 of 5

Everything I read about in the amazing reviews when deciding where to stay near the Grand Canyon is true. The one thing that blew my mind when staying here, is that they absolutely have every angle handled. You have everything you need when it comes to the the kitchen, beds and bath. They also have a storage room with every household item you may need all year round. The pellet stove is wonderful and easy to use thanks to the instructions guide they provide for the house. The house was in immaculate condition when we arrived and is easy to find even at night. There was no need to contact the owners or agent for any reason, because everything was set up when we arrived. The wireless strength is not great, but that was of no concern to us since our cell phones worked fine for our purposes. After staying there a few nights, you realize that the house is set up with care and thought. It's really all the little things that the owners did that make this place so wonderful.

Great place to stay!

  • 4 of 5

Comfortable, cozy and just right for myself, husband, & 2 kids (too old to share a room). Beds were comfortable, everything was clean & was there that we needed, well stocked kitchen. Loved the knotty pine interior & hanging out on the couch - pretty views out the windows. Good home base for visiting both the Grand Canyon and Sedona area. Had a fun day in Williams as well. Quiet area a little way off beaten path. Nice decor as well with fun signs - "The time you enjoy wasting is not wasted time" - very nice place to hang out.

Great Cabin Experience

  • 5 of 5

My family rented this home for a few days while exploring the Grand Canyon region. It has a very fun cabin feel, is comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed the provided K-cups and coffee machine in addition to the other amenities. Our daughter enjoyed seeing wild bunnies on the property. Williams is about an hour south of the Grand Canyon and about an hour-ish north of Sedona, so this can make a good central point. We knew the property was outside town but didn't register in advance that it was so much in the country down some gravel roads. At first we were dismayed at that (mainly because we'd had a long day and were tired) but then quickly came to enjoy it as our little rental car bumped along the gravel while we enjoyed the pretty views. The house was also very clean and there was a friendly note welcoming us. The binder with instructions for the house was also appreciated.
