With over 3,300 square feet of interior living space and all designer decorated in the mid-century modern style, we begin with the 3 large bedrooms with ensuites of this Indian Wells home. The Master Suite is outfitted with a King-size Bernhardt bed & luxury pillow-top mattress, blinds, a wall-mounted 50” HDTV with HD cable box, Blu-Ray, iHome sound system, alarm clock, ceiling fan, and fine luxury bed linens. Each Queen bedroom has a wall-mounted HDTV, luxury mattress, plantation shutters, iHome sound system, alarm clock, ceiling fan and fine luxury bed linens as well. The 3 bathrooms offer new Grohe and Moen fixtures. Even blow-dryers!

The Chef’s kitchen is a delight with Quartz countertops, professional stainless steel KitchenAid appliances (including a gas cooktop), Kohler finishings, filtered water, ice-maker, coffee-maker, and every small appliance you could want - toaster, blender, slow cooker and more. The large Weber natural gas barbeque is perfect for grilling your favorite fare.

In the living, dining & family rooms, you will find custom furnishings and art from Beverly Hills, a natural gas fireplace, a wet bar with Kohler finishings, a wine fridge, an inspirational desk and a foosball table. A 55” HDTV with an HDPVR complemented with Denon sound completes the Family Room. These living areas have easy access to the pool area via large glass sliding doors.

The best for last: the large professionally landscaped backyard has a 30’ x 15’ heated salt-water pool and spa. Six cushioned loungers and 9’ umbrellas provide complete comfort and enjoyment for everybody around the pool. Just imagine yourself relaxing in the sun around the pool, taking in the stunning mountain views. Evenings are accentuated with a gorgeous Restoration Hardware natural gas firepit with plenty of deep-seating for taking in the mountain views and stargazing!

Grapefruit, orange and lemon trees surround the property. In the winter, you can enjoy a glass of fresh-squeezed orange or grapefruit juice from the low hanging fruit and savor the beautiful fragrances as they bloom!

Quiet, beautiful, contemporary and spacious

We had a great stay in Indian Wells for Spring Break this year with our two young boys! The property is beautifully kept and had everything we needed and more. The sleeping arrangements were all extremely clean and comfortable and all of our questions were answered immediately by our host and owner who were more than helpful. We enjoyed the outside space and pool every day and we cannot wait to return later this year.

Excellent vacation home

Once again we escaped the Canadian winter and enjoyed our vacation in the desert. Our home is very well appointed and managed. We look forward to returning next year.

A great home in a great location!

Comfortable, roomy and with all the amenities anyone could ask for. We stayed at the end of January and it couldn't have been nicer. Mid 80's during the day made the pool that much nicer and the spa was great after a long day of golf. The grapefruit in the back yard was at its peak and was the best we ever had and just added that final touch to the already fantastic patio area which has the most comfortable outdoor furniture to be found.

The house was immaculate, everything worked flawlessly, the pool was kept spotless and the grounds are premium. A true testament to the quality and service of the maintenance crews. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and so close to the things we like, golf, polo the McCallum theater and hiking on the many trails. All are only minutes away. Would I stay again? You bet, in a heartbeat! A thanks to Joe for making everything easy and the owner for making his home available.

For the golfers: my top 3 public courses: 1. SilverRock 2. Indian Wells - Celebrity 3. Desert Willow. And all are close to this fabulous home.

A Desert Oasis

From the moment we entered the front door we knew that we had chosen wisely! This spacious, beautiful and well-cared for home is exactly as the pictures show it to be. It's in an ideal location with easy access to anything you want to do in the area. The design, furnishings, artwork and amenities are everything you'd expect and want and add in a responsive owner and property manager, who promptly address any additional requests, and you have a home away from home you'll find hard to leave.

Comfortable and Relaxing

Stay: Oct 28/17 to Nov. 6/17. Family vacation with 2 grand kids. For us the home was perfect as we wanted to relax and enjoy the California sunshine. The backyard was our highlight as it is an oasis of comfort and privacy. Inside the house all of the rooms are large giving us lots of elbow room. The bedrooms were very comfortable and quiet. Home has everything you need. No issues at all and we will certainly consider returning again. Thanks for a memorable vacation.
