At the Pacific you will feel like you are at a 4 star hotel, but it just happens that you are in your own condo complex. A large entry way with marble flooring and concierge make you feel right at home. On the first floor you will have access to the gym that overlooks the pool and spa. From the first floor you will also be able to walk down just a few stairs to get direct access to the beach and have use of the private beach club facility adjacent to the private beach ad fire pit area. Although there are a few guest spots available, residents will have no problem parking in the secured underground parking structure.
You can travel to any part of Long Beach using the PassPort bus; pickup points are North or South side of Linden on Ocean. You are close to the famous Aquarium, convention center, performing art center and dozens of gourmet restaurants at the pier. If you are traveling to Los Angeles, use the Metro link. Going grocery shopping, you can walk right over to Von's, Long Beach one block over and up at the corner of Atlantic and Broadway. If you are a real food connoisseur, visit Whole Foods Market for location or Bristol Farm an extraordinary food store. If you chose not to drive, use the PassPort bus (D), pick up point is the south side of Linden on Ocean. Seven eleven is directly across. You can walk to the Cinemark Theater at the Pike, Long Beach. The location was fantastic. Awesome building too. The unit is in need of some TLC. It also lacked supplies. Kitchen was pretty bare. We wanted to grill out one night. No big bowl for salad, no tray to transport meat for grilling, no steak knives. So if you plan on staying bring your own stuff. Beach towels, laundry soap, etc. didn't have any of that. One of the biggest issues was the blinds are thrashed. Missing a lot and the ones that were still there kept falling off. Would definitely go back if those things were fixed.
The building condition was excellent. Great location. Overall great apartment with spectacular views, spacious. There were some features of the actual apartment that could be improved. Broken blinds in Master, troublesome kitchen faucet, mattress covers would improve the aesthetics along with upgraded bed linens. These things would be considered just adequate. We still had a fabulous time and enjoyed the week.

A great location, building and common areas are terrific. Has great potential, but not being kept up. Simple things, paint, clean carpet (only 2 rooms), water in the kitchen sink, and might of had the most uncomfortable couch I've ever set on.
We stayed at this lovely Condo during our 4 Generation trip to California from NY state. My grandma, my mom, me and my son! Long Beach was perfect. Not too busy, beautiful beach right at out toes!
beautiful building. The Condo itself is located on the 14 floor and offered an amazing view of the Harbor and The Queen Mary, big beautiful pool and hot tub, gas grills that you could use to cook your dinner, the condo building had beach access and its own parking spaces. The condo was clean and very roomy. The 4 of us had plenty of room to find a little piece and quiet. We rented bikes from a little shop right outside the condo and went to 7-11 everyday to get my son a slushy. The price was very reasonable for the area and what you get.
The cons: the lady at the front desk was very informative but not very friendly. She seemed to look down at us for being a vacation rental customer. She made it very clear that we were guests and not residents, I do not blame the owner because I know he doesn't hire the help. The condo does need a little TLC. A paint job, the toilets were hard to flush and the blinds were broken but still a great deal for the price.
All in all the pros way out did the cons. I would of given it a 5 star if it wasn't for the few cons. I would love to stay here again if we ever make it to Ling Beach again.
Fantastic location with ocean view and access. Overall the condo was clean, spacious and quiet. For a 5-star rating, the condo needs more upgrades... a King size bed in the master (it is large enough to handle one), a new Queen size in second bedroom (that mattress was very poor). The venetian blinds at the windows are in poor order, many missing and broken (at night the room is still quite light), light switches and light bulbs needing repaired, no hand soap in bathroom to wash hands and we were also missing dish-washing detergent. It was nice that both bathrooms were large and we valued the security of the building.
