Condo, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths, (Sleeps 6)
Purchased the condo in 2005 - totally remodeled. You will love it.
Brent purchased this Condo in 2005
Why Brent chose Solana Beach
I choose this condo because of its prime location. The unit is a corner unit which gives you an extra window on the north side. Really opens up the living room. Also has view from the living room and master bedroom. Also full length porch with glass instead of the old rails.
What makes this Condo unique
Easy Beach access. Walk to Restaurants, close to everything in San Diego, Great surf
Minimum age of primary renter:21
100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date.
What an amazing vacation we had! The condo and location were absolutely beautiful!
The condo was clean and the owner was more than accommodating, and so friendly!
We'll definitely be back next year!
Great place for a family vacation
This has been the second time we have been to this place. We will come back again next year. The condo really has everything and is equipped for children. Tastefully decorated and the sunset views are amazing.
Exceeded our expectations. Everything you could possibly need is supplied. View is amazing and walking distance to many great bars, restaurants and shops. Can’t wait to come back!!
Beautifully appointed condo with comfy beds and furniture. Provided enough TP and Paper towels for our entire stay. The balcony view was spectacular!!
Third time on this property
What a view
Wonderfully appointed condo with a view to die for. Older property, but updated, clean & well-stocked in a very secure, gated community. Starting to show it's age somewhat, but nothing serious enough to detract from our stay. Owner was a pleasure to deal with. Saw dolphins every day (our experience: best viewing either side of high tide). Watch out for Squishy the love-cat (Local tabby someone owns) who roams the grounds: Pet him once & he'll follow you everywhere. Condo has quick beach access down a flight of stairs & is within walking distance of a handful of restaurants (Naked Cafe for breakfast, Parioli's Italian & Bangkok Bay Thai for dinner). You'll need to drive 10 minutes for groceries (Von's & Whole Foods just off of I-5), but a CVS Pharmacy is located across the street from the condo, plus there's a quicky-mart deli with beer/wine/milk etc in the same complex as Bangkok Bay. The Solana Beach MTS train station is a 10-12 min walk - We rode the Coaster into Old Town SD one day & downtown San Diego (Old Santa Fe station) another to tour around - very convenient to both & much preferable to I-5 traffic & parking headaches. Highly recommend visiting the USS Midway on the downtown waterfront. Old Town has many, many shops & restaurants (mostly Mexican). Easy walk to both from your train stop.
Beach, The Condo is Located on the Border of Solana Beach and Del Mar So the Activities Are Almost Unlimited, Downtown Del Mar, the Racetrack, and the Cedros Shopping District are Just Minutes Away, Other Local Attractions Include, Sea World, Legoland, Torrey Pines Golf Course, San Diego Zoo,
