Available immediately, a fully furnished and equipped adult-only 2 bedroom main floor apartment (1100sq.ft) located in Torbay, approximately 8 minutes from Stavanger Drive and 15 minutes from the Health Sciences Center, MUN and downtown St. John’s. Split entry home is on a half acre landscaped lot on quiet Cul De Sac in a country-like setting. There is parking available for two cars. Downstairs there is a large indoor storage area (shared with basement apartment tenants) that also has a full size washer and dryer (not shared).
Apartment contains the following amenities: full size washer and dryer, king size bed, queen size bed, 46 inch flat screen TV in bedroom #1, 40 inch screen TV in bedroom #2, 46 inch flat screen TV in living room, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, stove, utensils, pots and pans, dinnerware, linens and outdoor BBQ.
Looking for a professional person or couple. The one bedroom basement apartment is currently rented (separate entrance), so I am only interested in renting to quiet, tidy, responsible and respectful individual(s). No pets, smokers (no smoking on premises/property) or children.

Snow clearing will be the responsibility of the tenant(s), however, gardening and lawn care will be performed by landlord.
A mix up with other accommodations for parents travelling with us meant a bit of a scramble. The owner quickly responded and arrangements were easily made. The property was lovely and had absolutely everything needed for a comfortable stay. Safe, quiet neighbourhood...no hesitation in recommending this property!
We were very happy with our accomodations for 8 days in this conveniently located first-floor apartment near the St. John's airport. The owner left everything we could possibly wish for in the unit, which was very modern and equipped with full-size appliances. The apartment had comfortable good-quality furnishings. The house is situated on a lovely private property with garden and deck. We are pleased to recommend this property to those looking for a short- or longer-term stay.
We stayed in Nfld for 7 days and enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It is very clear and well maintained, has a nice deck which we used to sit outside and relax. The beds were very comfortable. The property is surrounded by nature and felt very safe. The owner of the property was very nice to us and I would definitely recommend this property.
We couldn't have been more satisfied and comfortable with our accomodations. It contained everything we needed from top to bottom. The beds were extremely comfortable. The surroundings were also serene with nature all around. The host has put a lot of thought and care into her property and it shows in your surroundings.
