Charming Cottages with private hot tubs located close to downtown Eureka Springs. One or two bedrooms. The online rate is for two people. We also offer kitchenettes with stove top cooking, queen size beds, cozy decor and front porches for relaxing. Each Cottage has a private hot tub on a deck, off street parking and plenty of charm and privacy. There are several hidden side streets for walking/hiking and exploring the side of Eureka Springs that most visitors never see. Wildlife everywhere and you can walk 2 blocks to see the white squirrels and deer.
I have lived in Eureka Springs a very long time and I love this place! I still marvel at the mind boggling architecture in this tiny little town in the Ozarks as well as the limestone cliffs and lovely springs. I love walking these hidden streets and riding my bicycle. My husband and I live a few blocks away from the Cottages so we are always around if you need us.

Charming and close to town and a hot tub for relaxing! We are lucky enough to have off street parking but large double cab trucks do not fit. Cozy Cottage decor and a great place to get away to relax and rejuvenate. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance as well as nightclubs, bars and even a tap room with Arkansas beer!
You do have to climb up the stairs to return to the cottage from downtown. You'll lose hundreds of calories!
Drive downtown in 5 minutes.
We have lots and lots of repeat guests. Thanks everyone!
Overall the cottage is charming. It is nothing fancy but has what you need. The best part is the wonderful deck with hot tub and a great view of historic downtown Eureka Springs. The mattress needs to be updated unless you and your significant other like sleeping wedged in the large dip in the middle.
Best of both worlds. Drive 15 minutes and canoe on the Kings River or drive 30 minutes and swim/tour Beaver Lake. We also only a couple of hours away from the Buffalo River.
Hike in town on the 'town trails' or drive to Black Bass Lake (10 min. away), or Lake Leatherwood (15 min. away) for hiking, paddle boats and canoe rentals.
We have off street parking but cannot accommodate long double cab trucks. (It's hard to park them anywhere close to downtown) Sorry...
Eureka Springs also has a new Zip line for those adventurous folks.
Check back in the Cottage for relaxing and enjoying great dining all over town. There's also music on the weekends in our many clubs and then walk back up the hill to the Cottages.
