And don’t forget the Foxchase Addition around the corner with its myriad of restaurants and shops and Coffee, even yoga. Well equipped with everything you need for a fantastic stay.

KITCHEN facilities are set to cook a gourmet meal with pots, serve-ware, a microwave, dishwasher, gas stove and oven, tea kettle and coffee makers, of course.

Or you can reheat leftovers from the delicious restaurants all around the house.

There is a bar counter with 3 modern bar stools and a main level dining room table which will accommodate 10+ chairs.

There is also a full kitchen on the lower level, with a living area, and a smaller table.

RELAX on the large front porch, sip and chat away the night on the back deck in a private and fully fenced backyard with a gas BBQ, fruit trees and grass.

BICYCLES welcome and a place to lock them out back. Ride on the Urban bicycle “highway.” Rent them on Alberta Street. Or rent a BikeTown bike all over town. Car Share is abundant here.

Public transportation very close by. You can even take in a yoga class, if you'd like. And the bicycle "highway" is a few blocks away. Alberta Arts can’t be beat. Even by The Pearl.

Why Bella "26 UP/Down" chose Portland

This house is located in an amazing location. It has lots of great amenities with-in and also in the immediate neighborhood. Walking distance to everything. Private washer/dryer. Its easily accessible to the airport, to food establishments, to drink Oregon's great beer, wine and even home made fruit soda. The grocery store and pharmacy and many businesses are a few short walking blocks away. Super convenient neighborhood to access public transportation or highways to take you downtown or out to the coast or to the Gorge, Hood River, or Multnomah Falls for the day.

What makes this townhome unique

This is a private 3 level townhome/condo in a residential house setting. The ceilings are 8'-9' tall. You can walk around and take in Portland or you can sit around and watch the decorative flora grow. Its a newer building, with only 4 units, and it has all of the things that make a home comfortable: Cool, fun and modern furnishings, a washer/dryer, a few places to drink your coffee/tea, a nice place to relax indoors or out front on the front porch. Or you can hang out in one of the King beds and watch a rented DVD, stream Netflix, satellite Direct TV, Wi-Fi Internet or take a walk around the neighborhood.

Nice home in a great Portland neighborhood.

Had everything we needed and more!

We rented the two units together for a family wedding trip. The was fully equipped with everything from nice towels and bedding to full sets of dinnerware in each unit. Bella even had a high chair, crib and toys for our traveling 9 mos old. The beds were comfortable, the location convenient walking to to lots of shops and food options. Central to get to other Portland destinations. It is just as described and perfect for our large group and visitors too!

Perfect Portland Home, Especially for a Large Group

Our group of 5 couples rented both the up and downstairs together for a friend's Portland wedding. You are able to move between units both inside and outside. It was a great place for us all to stay for the long weekend. The house was clean, comfortable and convenient to a great Portland neighborhood where we spent most of our time and ate most meals. The size and availability of 4 bathrooms was perfect for when we were all getting ready for the wedding. The wedding was made up of events all over Portland and we were able to take Ubers everywhere for under $20 each time, including the airport. Bella was very responsive, friendly and helpful for making our trip great. We had a very positive experience and would love the opportunity to return to Portland!

Modern and spacious house in the heart of the Arts District!

My husband and I and our group of friends totally loved the house! It was so comfortable, and even with 10 guests staying there we never ran out of hot water!! We loved the area and were able to walk to get groceries or go to restaurants nearby!

Luxury, Modern & Hip Townhome was Perfect for us

This is an awesome location in the Alberta Arts District, we were fortunate to be there on a Final Thursday so we could walk to the arts fair up the street. The Town home was comfortable and nicely decorated. It worked very well for the 8 adults (3 couples and 2 singles). There was all we needed in the bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchens. We had both units - upstairs and downstairs - which was perfect for us. Plenty of space!

This property is exceptional in every aspect from upscale amenities (even a yoga mat) to being perfectly clean in a great location no matter where in Portland you go!Close to the best public transportation system in America ,restaurants bars and you can even walk to a great Seasons Market for every need from gourmet prepared food to groceries! Would never consider a hotel in Portland again!!

We have found our guests to be fantastic and thus find it more beneficial to everyone to do a fully refundable deposit due one week prior to arrival (if I set the booking up) and returned shortly after departure. Unless you're staying 2 weeks or more, then there's a rental guarantee fee insurance of $79. This protects you from having to pay for accidental damage.
