KITCHEN facilities are set to cook a gourmet meal with pots, serve-ware, a microwave, dishwasher, gas stove and oven, tea kettle and coffee makers.

Or you can reheat leftovers from any of the delicious restaurants all around the house.

There is a bar counter with 3 modern bar stools and a main level dining room table which will accommodate 10+ chairs. Plus an extra 3 at the bar counter

There is also a full kitchen on the lower level, with a living area, and a smaller table.

RELAX on the large front porch, sip and chat away the night on the back deck in a private and fully fenced backyard with a gas BBQ, fruit trees and grass.

BICYCLES welcome and a place to lock them out back. Ride on the Urban bicycle “highway.” Rent them on Alberta Street. Or rent a BikeTown bike all over town. Car Share is abundant here.

PLEASE NOTE: In the Busy/ Holiday/Spring/Summer/Fall seasons, we generally require a 4-5 night minimum over the weekends, however there are many exceptions, based on availability, other bookings, etc. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. 25% retained if cancelled > = 60 days prior to Check in date

50% retained if cancelled > or = 15 days prior to the Check-in Date

100% retained if cancelled <15 days prior to the Check-in date

Accidental damage?

I charge a $69 accidental damage fee of up to $1500. We never anticipate damage, and in 6 years, I've found my guests to feel the same way.

Public transportation very close by. You can even take in a yoga class, if you'd like. And the bicycle "highway" is a few blocks away. Alberta Arts can’t be beat. Even by The Pearl.

Enjoying the best that Portland has to offer and sharing it with my children means we love the creativity that Alberta Street and the restaurants around the house have to offer. We love sharing our neighborhood with other families, too. Stella Taco and Back to Eden are our go-to places to eat.

Why Bells chose Portland

This home is located in an amazing location. It has lots of great amenities with-in and also in the immediate neighborhood. Walking distance to everything. Private washer/dryer. Free Street Parking. WIFI. It's easily accessible to the airport, to the culinary center that is it to drink Oregon's great beers, wine, coffee and even home made fruit soda. The grocery store and pharmacy and many businesses are a few short walking blocks away. Super convenient neighborhood to access public transportation or highways to take you downtown or out to the coast or to the Gorge, Wine Country, Hood River, or Multnomah Falls for the day.

What makes this townhome unique

This is a private 3 level townhome in a residential house setting. You can walk around and take in Portland or you can sit around and watch the decorative flora grow. Its a newer building and it has all of the things that make a home comfortable: Cool, fun and modern furnishings, a washer/dryer, a few places to drink your coffee/tea, a nice place to relax indoors or out front on the front porch. Or you can hang out in one of the King beds and watch a rented DVD, stream Netflix, satellite Direct TV, Wi-Fi Internet or take a walk around the neighborhood.

perfectly located and accomodated our group with a baby

The house was nicely maintained and fit our large group well. We were in town for a wedding so we were centrally located and close to all the events. Local neighborhood full of fun restaurants and shops. Great time had by all!

Great location and well equipped Townhome!

We enjoyed our Christmas holiday at Bella's! Our entire family felt fortunate to find a place to fit all of us. The surrounding area is fun to explore and Bella was responsive to all our needs. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great (big) House in Alberta Arts

The house is exactly as described -- tons of space, super clean and updated. Bedrooms are cozy and common areas are spacious. We stayed (group of 7) for 4 days and found the overall location ideal for our visit. Neighborhood is safe and walking distance to a little cafe (good for brunch), a couple convenience stores and a decent tap room (tons of beer). Bella is a great communicator and happy to answer questions during your stay. If I am ever traveling with a large group again .... I hope Bella's place is available....

Awesome place!

We rented the whole place for several days and used all the bedrooms. This house had everything we wanted and needed and more! Everyone commented on how comfortable the beds were and the kitchen was very efficient. It is so conveniently located--we made several trips to the airport to pick up guests and it is so close it made life very easy!!! The restaurants nearby are also great! Bella was so very accommodating and bent over backwards to make our stay perfect! I will definitely stay here again!~Bernadette
