Beautiful fully-furnished home in the hills of Pacific Palisades. Peaceful with spectacular views of the ocean, city and mountains. Typically sunny even when the coast is fogged in.

Escape from the city and yet be close enough to enjoy all LA has to offer. A beautiful fully-furnished home in Pacific Palisades up in the hills 5 minutes to the most gorgeous beaches, Palisades “village" (farmers market, markets, park, restaurants, cafes) plus surrounding cities such as; Santa Monica, Venice, DTLA and, great hiking in the Santa Monica Markets a short walk away.

3 bedrooms:  

1: Master bedroom: King bed, sitting area, fireplace, with tons of closet space. Lovely views of the mountains and yard. Bathroom includes stand-alone shower and separate sunken tub, 2 sink vanity and another closet.  

2: Queen bed. Closet and room to set twin bed or crib upon request.

3: Full bed. Built-in office desk with a desk top computer and, large screen TV. Sliding glass door to a side yard and view of the mountains.

Optional Beds: Additional twin bed can be brought into one of the bedrooms.

Crib and changing table are available - some assembly may be required.

Blow up mattress can be brought or supplied with advanced notice.

This house has fully-stocked kitchen – stainless steel appliances and gas stove-top. Views from the living room and dining room areas, outdoor patio area to eat, 2 fireplaces and a chiminea, 3 1/2 bathrooms, washer/dryer, AC/heat, ceiling fans, desktop PC computer, Large screen television and all the comforts – ready to move right in.

Enjoy the beautiful yard with lemon, orange and grapefruit fruit trees. You may be visited by an even an occasional deer and rabbits. Sit outside to eat and light a fire in the chiminea and enjoy the peace and quiet.

Attached garage fits 1 (inquire please) along driveway and plenty of street parking.

Always sunny, quiet, warm and inviting. Open and a great feel. Gorgeous views, quiet. Near hiking trails. Close to a cute family-friendly village filled with restaurants, pressed juice, yogurt, famous Sweet Rose Creamery (ice cream), coffee shops (Starbucks, Coffee Bean etc.) and fun shopping, banks, recreation park, 3 pharmacies and 2 grocery stores. Minutes from the beach and great hiking.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your home with our family of 4. The Quiet of the location, made this especially relaxing and enjoyable! The views were spectacular, especially the mountain during golden time. The deer and hummingbirds were a delight when they visited.

This house is larger, more spacious, and beautiful than the photos show. For example, the Master-bedroom and living room are really large. The yard much larger than we anticipated.

The layout was just perfect for our families, and very comfortable. The location to the beach was great. We also enjoyed the Palisades village, the stores and shops, but liked the fact it was only 15 mins to Santa Monica, the pier and 3rd street promenade.

The house is beautifully decorated, and everything we needed for our 1.5 month stay was here. Parking is easy, and lots of it.

The only concern we had was the location is up a tall hill, which I loved because of the quiet and natural mountain beauty, but walks are for people that don't mind hills. I walked the hill every other day, and it made my calf's stronger. :-). The drive up is actually easy and wide streets for a California mountain top house.

My Wife loves to cook, and the kitchen was well stocked. It was too warm for the fireplace, but would love to come back and stay in the fall or winter to enjoy them.

Special home in a beautiful part of Los Angeles

We spent 2 months this summer at Mark and Beth's childhood home and had a wonderful stay. The house is charming, welcoming, clean and as others have mentioned in their reviews, Mark and Beth are very accommodating owners and truly want you to enjoy your stay.

The location is one of the best in Los Angeles -- if you are seeking a retreat from the madness of other parts of LA; the views of Santa Monica, Beverly Hills and, of course, the ocean are just lovely. We enjoyed countless meals on the patio enjoying the perfect summer weather and the flora and fauna around the house.

Easy 10 minute drive to a great, rarely crowded beach: Will Rogers.

25 minute drive up the coast to Malibu

20 minutes into downtown Santa Monica

The great room/dining room/kitchen area is one large open space and is a great place to "live". I spent many hours there as we had a new baby that spent her 6th and 7th month of life in this home. She learned to sit up, crawl and stand up this summer and never once was I concerned about her safety (baby proofing). The home comes nearly baby proofed!

All in all a great stay!

Great Home, Great Owners

This is one of the best homes I have ever had the pleasure of staying in. This home with it's spectacular views exceeded all expectations. There is nothing you could ak for that this home doesn't have. The owners, Mark nd Beth, are very accommodating and make sure that the house has everything anyone could possible need. It has plenty of towels, sheets, soap, toilet paper, dishes, small blankets to wrap up in it you sit outside at night, spices, kitchen equipment, etc. You truly just need to unpack your clothes and call it home. The home is located in a mountainous, residential area in the picturesque quaint town of Pacific Palisades. Very close to the beach, Santa Monica, Malibu, and West LA. The view is drop dead gorgeous. The ocean is breath taking and makes the drive to and from the house very enjoyable.

From the initial discussions/e mails with Mark leading up to our stay, we knew we were dealing with an experienced and courteous homeowner and someone who was extremely organized and considerate as it pertained to providing a visit with all the comforts of home. Mark and Beth have done an amazing job of creating a unique ambiance with the furnishings, appliances, art, electronics, etc, all tastefully done with quality and convenience at every turn. The home oozes both class and warmth, a rare combination. The variety of useful features: Ocean and Mountain views, 2 fire places, cook quality kitchen.

The house is beautifully decorated, and very confortable to stay at. We used the house with 2 bedrooms and an office but they will place a third bedroom in the office if you need it. There is plenty of storage space, with built ins in all the bedrooms.

Between my family and friends I don't think there was a time that someone wasn't on a lounge chair reading or chatting and admiring the view. The property is wonderful to relax nd enjoy the quiet away from the busy crowded city of Los angeles. Deer visited several times during our stay to eat the plants in the garden, and there are delicious abundance of lemons, oranges and grapefruit trees to pick from in the yard. We ate at home most nights and gave the gourmet kitchen with its 6 burners stove a workout. The kitchen is a cooks dream and there is also a grill on the patio.

The neighbor feels safe, and we enjoyed hiking the trails to the waterfall down the street. The trail is the upper end of Temescal Park, and it a beautiful hike in the Santa Monica Mountains.

Pacific Palisades is an affluent neighborhood and district in the Westside of the city of Los Angeles, California, located among Brentwood to the east, Malibu and Topanga to the west, Santa Monica to the southeast, the Santa Monica Bay to the southwest, and the Santa Monica Mountains to the north. The area currently has about 27,000 residents. It is primarily a residential area, with a mixture of large private homes, small (usually older) houses, condominiums, and apartments. Every Fourth of July, the community's Chamber of Commerce sponsors daylong events, which include 5K and 10K runs, a parade down Sunset Boulevard, and a fireworks display at Palisades High School football field. The district also includes some large parklands and many hiking trails.

The Village is the Pacific Palisades' walkable, vibrant small central business district with its center at Sunset Boulevard and Via de la Paz.
