Beautiful, luxurious and secure 2 bedroom, 2 Bath residence in two unit building with private enclosed patio, steps to the beach, and with 1-car carport
parking. High quality furnishings are throughout the 1,000 square foot property, complemented with great entertainment and climate control systems. The
tree-lined wall fountain in the patio provides a spa-like atmosphere. The property is perfect for couples and
families looking to relax and enjoy the best things Los Angeles has to offer from a central beach location, with easy access to freeways. 30 day minimum stay.
Pictures do not do this property justice. The house is as amazing at night as it is in daylight hours. The lights throughout the house could create any mood desired. From the rope lighting above the crown molding to the lighted vanity in the master bath - they have truly thought of everything. Fluffy towels, comfy beds, beautiful peaceful patio, bikes, beach toys, the famous white chair (in the pic), and a fully equipped kitchen with more more appliances than we even used are just a few of the finishing details. Playa Beaches are empty compared to surrounding beaches - which is exactly what we wanted!! The little shops within walking distance, "The Shack", and other cafes make this an AMAZING home in an AMAZING location. Todd and the property manager are awesome!! Thank you!!!
This beach house is wonderful. It has every amenity you could ever want or need and an owner and property manager that are amazing. It is across the street from the beach and minutes from LAX. It's a busy urban neighborhood, and does get noise from LAX, but the place is pristine and location excellent. The home opens up onto a beautiful patio complete with a waterfall. It's private and lovely for morning coffee. We cooked every night in the well equipped kitchen and used the gas grill. Anything that came up, we had the owner or property manager in minutes to assist us. I will absolutely stay here again. Thank you Todd for an amazing stay in your beautiful home.
We had a lovely stay in Playa del Rey. This rental has everything to make you feel at home away from home, and we spent hours on the patio enjoying the sounds of the fountain and neighborhood.
I hope to make my stay here an annual event.
Perfect central Los Angeles beach location with easy access to every major visitor destination such as Marina del Rey, Venice Beach, Santa Monica, Playa Vista, Westwood, Malibu, Beverly Hills, Hollywood, Century City and Burbank to the north/northeast, and Manhattan Beach and Hermosa Beach to the south. Close freeway proximity allows easy access to major tourist destinations, such as Universal Studios, Disneyland, Magic Mountain, and the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Many great restaurants, bars and coffee shops within walking distance in Playa del Rey. It is also a few steps to the beach sand for relaxing in beach chairs, playing beach volleyball, and biking and roller-skating on the beach bike path. A very nice park with a playground and basketball court is a few minutes walk down the beach.
