This townhouse is immaculate, beautiful and will accommodate up to 8 guests. Perfect location with a 30 minute drive to Powder Mountain and Snowbasin Ski Resorts and minutes away from great restaurants, shopping and entertainment! A grocery store is literally walking distance away. With 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, two family rooms and large kitchen, you will be very comfortable in this clean and tastefully decorated townhouse. Offering one king bed, one queen bed, two twins and comfortable sofa sleeper. Most beds are new and high end with clean and comfortable bedding. Granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms with tile throughout home. A large jacuzzi tub is in master bathroom. A large screen T.V. with blue ray player and a selection of movies sits in the main living room. A second t.v. with game system is in the basement with sofa sleeper. Wireless internet is also available. Dining room comfortably seats up to 9. Two car garage for storing your car and skis! Clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated this townhouse will provide you with a perfect retreat!
We are a family that enjoys staying active in the outdoors and especially skiing together. We also enjoy coming to Ogden to enjoy the amenities it provides.

This townhouse has plenty of room for a family or group of friends to relax and enjoy each others company. The location is directly behind a grocery store and minutes from the Ogden Canyon and Ogden River Pathway. Great restaurants, museums and recreation are minutes away. We love Ogden because of the central location to amazing skiing and awesome city amenities, but without the big city traffic. Ogden is close to the beautiful outdoors with many trails and paths to enjoy, but also a short drive to Salt Lake City to enjoy the big city.
We had six of us in our party and we were all so comfortable in this beautiful townhouse. The only thing we wish the house had was a bigger coffee maker. We had to keep making several pots of coffee for all us in the mornings. But that is small potatoes, if you want a spacious, clean and great location this is the home for you.
We live on the other side of the country and needed a comfortable place to stay that was centrally located to Provo and Logan while we attended our son's wedding in Ogden. This townhome met our needs in every sense of the word. It was spacious, quiet, clean, and had everything thing we needed as far as kitchen supplies, laundry, and bathroom needs. Although it has sleeping for eight there it really only sleeps five or six adults comfortably. It has a comfortable king that sleeps two adults. One queen that sleeps comfortably one adult. Two twins that sleep two adults comfortably, and one hide-a-bed that sleeps one adult comfortably. A child could also sleep on the living room couch. It could sleep two adults & 6 under teen, or two adults, 3 teens, and 2 kids.
The owners are very attentive and responsive if you have even the slightest concern. Our concern was that we didn't understand at first how to enter the townhome. It has a code that you punch in and if you don't wait long enough for the electronic deadbolt to move itself around, it will disable itself if you keep trying to mess with it and get it to work.
We texted the owners and they were able to fix the problem remotely. Eventually, we figured you have to wait until the deadbolt fully engages before trying to open the door and we didn't have anymore trouble afterward.
I have to give the highest rating on the beds. They all have high quality mattresses, even the hide-away. Everyone in our party was satisfied with the beds.
The shower in the bathroom is in the jetted garden tub and the clearance to get into the shower is very high. If you rent this townhome and you are an elderly person you will not want to use the master shower because it is hazardous to get in and out. We placed a towel on the edge of the tub and sat on the edge and swung our legs over. This is the only complaint I have about this beautiful townhome, and it's not really something the owner can fix, so just plan accordingly before you attempt to step out of the tub with wet feet.
Our son lives in Logan and when we ever come back to Utah, we will definitely rent this townhome again as our home base because we have relatives living up and down the Wasatch Front and this is the most logical place for us to stay! It is a very pleasant 37 minute drive to the SLC airport during rush hour, and there are many natural recreational opportunities within an hour's drive.

We loved this townhouse!! It is so clean and comfortable!! It felt like a home away from home. It is in a quiet neighborhood, close to grocery stores, and not far from many things to do!!! Everything was in wonderful condition and my daughter loved her comfortable queen size bed!! The owner is a dream to rent from!! We would love to come back again!!
Our company rented this amazing home during the Hill AFB Air Show and we were all happy with the layout. The finish of the home was very up to date and also amenities it had were a added plus. This home has a large living where all our friends can hang out and play board games. The home was close to a few hiking spots and a water fall. We would definitely rent this home again! This townhouse is located centrally between 3 awesome ski resorts (within 30 minutes drive) and shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Also minutes away are some of the best walking, hiking and mountain biking trails. The townhouse is situated at the base of the canyon leading up to the beautiful Ogden Canyon. Just several miles down the road is Historic 25th Street, a favorite of ours with great food, unique shops and downtown atmosphere.
Salt Lake City and many other world known ski resorts are all within 1.5 hours drive. We love the location of this townhouse!
