Our spacious 3 Bedroom/3 Bath Penthouse surrounds you in casual coastal comfort and breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean & Hammock Beach Golf Course. All in a resort-like setting with 2 1/2 miles of private pristine beach, 2 heated pools, Jacuzzi, fitness room, kids splash zone and much, much more!

Enjoy a variety of nearby diversions from sightseeing and kayaking to golfing and biking. Nature lovers will find it hard to top our unique red sand and shelled covered beaches, amazing parks and trails, winding waterways and marshes, native plant life, wildlife and aquatic creatures.

Groceries, casual dining, even live music are just moments away. Cinnamon Beach is just a short drive from St. Augustine, Daytona Beach, Kennedy Space Center and the Magical Theme Parks of Orlando.

DETAILS:
Our Cinnamon Beach Vacation Rental is located in Palm Coast Florida, less than half an hour from St. Augustine and Daytona Beach and just an hour south of our hometown, Jacksonville, Fl. Here you'll find one of the quietest and most natural beaches remaining in Florida.

A prestigious travel website gave our condo the Top Vacation Rental Award for Palm Coast 2 years in a row.

Our Penthouse features the largest floor plan in the complex. Over 2000 square feet with an additional 400 square foot balcony (more on the balcony later).

There are 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. (Most units only have 2 baths).

With the guidance of our professional decorator, we set out to provide a relaxing casual, coastal feel with a touch of tropical elegance as you can see in our photos.

Then there are the magnificent views that only a top-floor corner Penthouse can offer. You get an immense sensation of space with airy vaulted ceilings, Southern, Northern and Eastern exposure windows and best of all - no footsteps coming from above.

There are two master bedroom suites, each with its own king-sized bed & En Suite bath. (You won't have to flip a coin to see who sleeps like a king). The 3rd bedroom is furnished with the kids in mind with a twin over full bunk plus an extra rollaway bed. There's even a game table stocked with toys and games. The adjacent full bath makes the 3rd bedroom seem more like a suite.

All bedrooms feature comfortable mattresses and their very own HDTV, DVD player and clock radio.

The spacious open floor plan means you'll almost never lose sight of the ocean. The gourmet kitchen features newer appliances and glistening granite countertops plus an abundance of quality cookware, dinnerware and utensils. And only our floor plan features a breakfast nook. This is where we end up doing our jigsaw puzzles as there are three other dining options: the breakfast bar, the dining room, and the dining table on the balcony (more on the balcony soon, I promise.)

The living room features a large screen HDTV with Roku and Cable plus a Blu-Ray DVD player. The family-sized wall-length custom-made sofa and chaise provides ample comfort for everyone. Elegant and practical, adjustable louvered interior shutters throughout let you control sunbeams and sea breezes.

Enjoy free high-speed wireless internet access, AM/FM/CD Stereo and cordless telephones with free Long Distance throughout the U.S. and Canada. And only our floor plan offers a full laundry room with large capacity washer & dryer complete with iron and ironing board, instead of a 'utility closet' found in the smaller units.

And then there is the balcony~~ our outdoor living room. Four hundred additional square feet (in addition to the interior 2000 sq. ft.) featuring a large dining table with 6 chairs, loveseat, four club chairs, ottomans and coffee table. All overlooking the amazing Atlantic and the signature Jack Nicklaus Ocean Course at Hammock Beach. Relax or dine. There's no better way to greet the day than with breakfast and a glass of fresh Florida OJ while you catch a glimpse of playful dolphins and local shrimp boats breaking the surf while just below, golfers attempt to break par. Overhead you can often spot ospreys, hawks and pelicans and occasionally a man-made spacecraft rocketing towards the heavens, launched from the nearby Cape Canaveral. At night you can gaze at the stars, listen to the waves and in the distance catch the faint sweeping beacon of the St. Augustine Lighthouse. Our balcony... where you can get lost in thought and nothing else seems to matter.

At Cinnamon Beach #265 we've tried to think of every detail to make you feel at home. We provide small touches you might not expect like plenty of beach chairs, beach towels, an umbrella, cooler, even a beach cart and beach toys. In the kitchen a blender, toaster oven, electric griddle, crock pot, coffee maker, cookware, dishes, cutlery and more. There's a hair dryer in each bath and plenty of towels, linens and blankets. Central HVAC and ceiling fans throughout keep you comfortable in any season. We have a small library of books for your reading pleasure plus our very own visitor guide of nearby attractions and menus from local restaurants. Even LED nightlights, luggage stands and extra pillows.

We've hosted scores of visitors from all over the U.S & Canada and from all around the world, from Argentina to Australia, to Germany and the UK. Palm Coast Weekend
The condo was very comfortable for our family of 6 - plus 3 year old grandson. Top floor unit with large balcony and exceptional views of ocean and golf course. Everything you need, including beach supplies and toys for kids. Wish we could have stayed longer. Will definitely consider for next visit to Palm Coast.

Amazing property and location!!!
Alan's property is as described. The location and views are the perfect way to spend a relaxing vacation. The balcony is awesome and probably where we spent most of our time when in the condo. Has everything you could possibly need for either a short stay or long one. I highly recommend and Alan is the most hands on owner(in a good way) that I have ever dealt with.

Beautiful! Great Location!
Since we rented at the last minute, I was able to talk directly to the owner regarding check in, etc. Alan was very easy to contact and very helpful. The property was very clean upon arrival and had everything we needed including all cooking utensils, beach toys for the grandkids, games for the evening hours, etc. The location is perfect with a short walk to the pool and beach. The family said they wanted to stay there again and we probably will.

Why they chose this property

Work directly with the owner. Our Cinnamon Beach rental is a TRUE OWNER MANAGED PROPERTY. No third party Management Company involved. No high pressure sales people working on commission and most importantly, no management or broker fees resulting in hundreds of dollars in add-on expenses. We wish this website published the true cost in the search results but unfortunately some feature misleading nightly rates just to tack on exorbitant fees. I believe upfront pricing makes for a better guest experience.

We think you'll fall in love with our vacation condo just the way we did the very first time we walked through the door. The magnificent view, the high vaulted ceilings, the luxurious baths and kitchen, and lots of room for family and guests. And now we've added our own special touches with the help of a professional decorator. We don't think you'll find a more spacious, more comfortable or more thoughtfully furnished condo in Cinnamon Beach.
