The main house features 3 en-suite bedrooms, large open plan great room with 65" flat screen above the fireplace, chef's kitchen, 12 seat formal dining table, 10 seat round informal dining table, cozy TV den/office off the kitchen and a large ping pong and foosball game room. The great room/casual dining has two sets of double sliders onto a 20 x40 foot deck overlooking the private back lawn. The white bead board cottage consists of 2 bedrooms, large bath and changing area with extra refrigerator for pool side snacks. The sliders of the pool house open onto another 40 foot long deck overlooking the heated in-ground pool. The Boat House is a classic diamond windowed playroom with storage for kayaks/fishing poles and bikes located down a white shell path along the shoreline of the heart shaped lily pond. Feel free to take our 5 kayaks to the creek or the beach. The lush landscaping was designed in the 1880s by the world renowned landscape architect Frederick Law Olmstead and features an enormous flat fenced backyard, sun-drenched swimming pool. You can dine or lounge on multiple furnished decks on the back of the main house, overlooking the pool or on the pool deck itself. These decks compliment the open and airy feel of this private compound. A one of a kind, breathtakingly beautiful vacation home to create lifetime memories of carefree entertaining and easy living completely removed (yet right in the middle of) the Cape Cod vacation scene. Your children can play and swim all day at the beach or in your pool, play tether ball, ping pong, foozball, Ms Pac-Man, backyard lacrosse goals and bounceback, fish in the pond and more, all in secluded privacy, yet still only a short walk to Craigville Beach, world famous Four Seas Ice Cream, the classic Cape Cod 1856 Penny Candy Store, newly renovated kids adventure playground and park, town library and Centerville museum. Centerville sits on a peninsula overlooking Nantucket Sound and was once home to wealthy ship captains who built estate homes in the early 1800's. Located between historic Hyannisport and quaint Osterville with great boutiques, classic Cape Cod restaurants and terrific gourmet food shops like Fancy's and Lambert's.
