The legendary birthplace of the goddess Aphrodite, Cyprus has been coveted and fought over by a succession of admirers: Mycenaeans, Egyptians, Assyrians and Persians, to name a few. The former British colony was most recently fought over by the Turks and the Greeks. A result of this turbulent past is an impressive range of cultural treasures, from Crusader castles to the tomb of Mohammed’s aunt. The island’s geography – plentiful coastline with a mountainous center – ensures plenty of year-round activity.

These semi-detached maisonettes are steps away from Cyprus famed Protaras, known for its seductive beach coves, every visitor’s dream come true: powder-soft white sand and sparkling, shallow turquoise water. Fig Tree Bay only a few km away and the slightly smaller Green Bay are among the most popular stretches of sand in the Globe.

The maisonette, is a semi-detached (duplex) structure laid out on two floors. The ground floor consists of an open area with the kitchen, dining area and sitting area and a bathroom with vanity. The two bedrooms and a full bathroom are located on the top floor. On the

rear and one side there is a large veranda surrounding the building.

The kitchen includes washing machine, refrigerator,oven, cook-top, pots, pans, and other basic kitchen utensils.
