The apartments are centrally located East of Federal Hwy and just one block West of the Intracoastal Waterways bridge, 15 minutes North of downtown Fort Lauderdale and 15 minutes south of Boca Raton. Several blocks away from one of South Florida's best public beaches (with life guards), and blocks away from many restaurants, shops, nightspots, public fishing pier, watersports facilities, charter fishing boats, gym, grocery store, drugstore.

Complimentary local van service from nearby Publix grocery store to Pompano CitiCenter Shopping Mall. Five Minutes drive to tennis, aquatic complex, dog park, airpark, 36-hole golf facility and driving range.

About Adriaan Arends

Adriaan, the owner, has been a resident of Pompano Beach since 1966. Myles, the property manager, originally from Ireland, has made South Florida his home for the past 5 years. We were wedded in NYC in September 2013.

Together, we operate and manage Pompano Beach Holidays apartments which consists of 2 Fourplex buildings at the heart of Pompano's CRA redevelopment area one block South of Atlantic Boulevard and minutes from one of Florida's finest beaches!

Garden Apartment; Walk To Pompano's Public Beach!

Great place and location!

We had the pleasure of spending just over a week at at this property. The ground floor apartment was great! The bedroom was huge, lots of room for clothing, huge king size bed with great bedding. The bathroom was good but could use a shelf above the toilet for a little more storage for personal effects. The kitchen was perfect for cooking and had everything we needed. The laundry facility was close out the back door but do make sure you have quarters. We were able to obtain some from the Publix Grocery Store. It was so nice to enjoy the furniture outside the front door and visit with the great neighbors in the apartment next door that we were blessed with. There are beach chairs that webs were able to take to the beach but we did go buy an umbrella. The beach is about a close 15 minute walk. Everything is close by and in walking distance....the beach, restaurants, grocery store. Adrianne was great to deal with and so was Colleen! We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location, with outstanding owner hospitality

The location of this property is terrific. It is within easy walking distance of the beach, the intercoastal, restaurants, supermarkets, and pharmacies. The property is quiet, secure, clean and comfortable. It is easily accessible from I-95 and from US-1. Our unit was well-equipped with kitchen items. The street is residential in nature, so it is not conducive to a vacation setting where you will sit on a balcony or patio and watch sunsets, but if you want an excellent location as a hub for your visit, this is it. The real asset to this property is its owners, Adriaan and Myles. Their hospitality and attentiveness was a major part of the benefits during our 4-week stay. Upon our arrival, they gave us a walking tour of the area, sharing information about restaurants and other local attractions. Pompano Beach has frequent concerts and other activities at the beach park, plus there is a city park just 10 minutes away with an excellent public golf course. Customer service in handling of the reservation and refund of deposit was prompt. We considered the rental a good value and would not hesitate to recommend it to persons who have a similar interest in accommodations where a base for visiting the area is more important than on-property resort amenities.

The Foundry offers a variety of experiences for all guests. From lounge areas, comfortable counter seating, casual dining area and a full service bar. A Modern American Cuisine.

Wonderful Stay in a Peaceful Setting

From our very warm welcome (including a tour of the neighborhood) to the sparking clean unit, we had a very relaxing stay. The location is perfect - quiet, yet walking distance to a brew pub, great ice cream parlor, interesting restaurants and the beach. The owners are incredible responsive and really wanted our stay to be perfect. We'll be back!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our 2 1/2 mo stay at this vacation rental. The property managers were very helpful and attentive in helping to ensure our stay a comfortable one. The apartment was exactly as advertised and was very clean. The location was perfect with the beach and many restaurants and shopping within walking distance. We would definitely consider returning to this lovely home away from home!

My stay in Pompano Beach at this flat was excellent! I was warmly greeted upon my arrival by one of the property managers. The apartment space itself was large and furnished very nicely, including all basic cleaning and paper supplies which was very helpful. The location is super convenient and literally minutes away from great food and the beach. I could not have asked for anything more.
