About the property

Adorable 1918 home located within a 3-4 block walk of all the action of downtown St. Augustine. Beautiful original heart pine floors in the downstairs living area, and carpet through the bedrooms. 4 Bedrooms and 2 full baths, spacious kitchen, family room, library/den, private back yard and a wonderful front porch for relaxing at the end of a fun-filled day.

Located in the Flagler Model Land neighborhood right in the heart of beautiful downtown St. Augustine. The neighborhood is residential and quiet, and close to everything. We have a driveway that will park up to 4 cars, so you can park your car and leave it as you walk to everything around town.

If you do feel like driving, there is so much to see in the surrounding area. The beach is only 2 miles away, and Jacksonville is 30 minutes to the north. You may also want to visit the World Golf Hall of Fame (15-20 minute drive) or Marineland (20-30 minute drive).

The house is cozy and relaxing, and designed to accommodate your family or friends for a laid back vacation. There is 1 king bed, and 3 queen beds to comfortably sleep up to 8 guests.

The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, pots/pans, and appliances. The dining room will accommodate up to 8 guests seated. The back deck boasts a brand new BBQ grill.

We live only 25 minutes away, so are available if you need anything during your stay.

We look forward to having you!

Why Kari Bracy chose St. Augustine

While we live only 25 minutes north of downtown Saint Augustine, we found our family spending almost every weekend down in the city. We fell in love with history and charm of St. Augustine, and love to walk around the city with our kids and explore all that there is to offer. In 2013, we found this house and absolutely fell in love with it. The energy and comfort of this historic home reeled us in, and we had to own it! After spending the past 5 months renovating the house (both bathrooms were completely gutted and remodeled, everything was painted, etc) we are ready to share our house with other guests. We hope that you love the home as much as we do, and that you are able to enjoy this beautiful city while you vacation here.

What makes this house unique

Spacious 2 story home with all of the modern conveniences. Adorable, shaded, fenced back yard and large front porch (if you are like us, you will spend a LOT of time here!). Great off street parking (a big plus in St. Augustine). Walking distance to Flagler College, Castillo de St. Marco, Saint George Street, and tons of restaurants, bars, museums, and shops.

Perfect Holiday Vacation Home

  • 5 of 5

We were so pleased with our stay. Our two children, their spouses, and our 1 and 2 year old granddaughters spent Christmas week in St. Augustine. Our owners have thought of everything from beach chairs, beach towels, porta-cribs, gas grill, great full size washer and dryer, bikes, game table shuffle board, and a wonderful furnished front porch that was a gathering space in the evening. The house and fence was decked with greens and lights that came on automatically at night and matched the small tree we brought from DC. Wonderful location, walkable to the entire historic City of St. Augustine. Great beach 10 minutes from house, St. John's County Ocean Pier. There is an enormous children's playground two blocks from the house. The layout of the house is great with an extra reading room, extra eating area in the kitchen, and a nice deck and yard. Having a beach house ourselves we know the time and talent that has gone into making this house inviting.

Nice house, good location, quiet but close to the action.

  • 5 of 5

We had a great stay. Our visit coincided with the St. Augustine "Bed and Breakfast tour", we saw the decorated boats and took the Holiday lights trolley tour. The house was very accommodating. The beds comfortable, the kitchen well equipped. Everything was clean and worked. Enjoyed the front porch, the game room, everything was good. Would recommend and stay again.

Charm, Roomy Home-Walk to Historic District

  • 5 of 5

Fantastic wide front porch and off-street parking for 4 cars. We were 7 adults getting ready for my daughter's wedding. We had lots of room to spread out for some quiet and privacy. Well furnished home with everything we needed right where it should be.

There is even a highchair and portable cribs if you need them.

The sights, pubs, cafes, and entertainment of Historic District are within easy walk. For a good breakfast try Maple Street Biscuit Company. For a cozy, small, friendly pub try the small pub on Cuna, Social Lounge, around the corner on the right. I highly recommend the Old Town Tour for an interesting introduction and overview of this fascinating city.

Wonderful place for a family!

  • 5 of 5

We stayed here for a family wedding 11/-10-11/14. There are 4 bedrooms, but also lots of spreading-out space. The kitchen is well equipped, the dining table is large and there is a game room with a game table, fridge and sink. The outdoors is small, but has a nice deck and grill and feels very private. Everything is super clean, and while it has nice modern amenities, the house has maintained its St. Augustine charm. Parking for 4 average -sized cars in the long driveway. It's close to everything - we walked to the winery, St. George Street and even the wedding at The Treasury. Comfy, homey, easy to get to and get into. Wish we could go back!
