This luxurious apartment is at the top level of a high end XIX century building with elevator. The full renovation monitored with high quality standards was completed in 2011.
The location is a very chic residential neighborhood a few steps away from the parc monceau. the closest metro are Monceau on line 2 and Mirosmesnil on line 9 and 13, both are a 5-min walk from the apartment.
The apartment is very airy ( 95 square meters or a little more than 900 square feet), has a lot of windows and skylights, facing on quiet streets with virtually no traffic at night. it offers a large living room where you can have dinner and/or relax comfortably. there is a large tv screen with international channels. The open kitchen is fully equipped and well stocked with a fridge, freezer, microwave and traditional oven, dishwasher,stove, teppanyaki. There is a table there where four people can sit.
The master bedroom has a king size bed ( 180*200 cm or 72 * 80 inches ). The second bedroom has twin beds which can be transformed into a kind size bed as well. all bed materials are new, very comfortable and pillows are synthetic. The bathroom is composed of a large bath tub, a double italian shower and a pair of sinks. attached to the bathroom is a laundry room with washer, drier and a small sink. the toilet is separate with its own sink and its individual entrance.
The living room is equipped with 2 large stools which can be transformed into 2 comfortable single size beds.
There are plenty of closets and the apartment comes with free phone to 100 countries including North America and Australia, free WI-Fi, free cable TV. All windows close with shutters and therefore all rooms can offer complete darkness. The apartment is fully air conditionned.
For an additional cost of 15 euro per day, there is a possibility of renting a parking space which is situated in the basement of the building and reachable with an elevator .
The all-inclusive weekly rental fee covers high quality linens and towels.
It is a walking distance (less than fifteen minutes) to the Champs Elysees , Grand Palais, Tuileries Gardens, rue du Faubourg Saint Honore, Avenue Montaigne, Elysees Presidential Palace or Madeleine/Opera. It is a lovely walk (around 30 minutes) or a short metro ride (less than 15 minutes) to the Eiffel Tower or the Louvre.
The area is very safe. There is a range of restaurants, 2 supermarkets and 2 bakers in the immediate neighborhood
Please be aware that to confirm a reservation we ask about 20 per cent of the payment and always propose paypal and vrbo/homeaway on line payment. other forms of payments may be proposed to the tenant at his convenience such as wire transfer but paypal is always an option.

- The cleaning fee
- The refundable deposit which is refunded after final cleaning is done
- The possible payment process fees ( around 2.7 per cent for payment on line, variable but comparable percentage for paypal payment, no fees for cash payment)
- the possible 40 euro late check in fee if you check in after 900pm, the possible 40 euro early check in fee if you check in before 2pm
- The city tax representing 0.83 euro per day and per person
The cleaning fee and the refundable deposit are automatically billed on line . the payment process fees, the late and early check in fees and the city taxes are not , they can be billed manually after the booking or paid in cash at check in.
We stayed in August and were very pleased to stay in a place with air conditioning during a heat wave.

This apartment was everything you want and more. The location is perfect, a quiet, safe neighborhood. There are several cafes and a lovely grocery store within the block. The building has two key required entries before you get into the lobby. The garage access requires a remote, with direct access to the building through a lovely private courtyard. The lobby is just beautiful, stained glass and dark, rich wood paneling. There is a lift to take you to the fourth floor, or you can walk the stairs and enjoy the beautiful stained glass windows. The apartment is beautiful, newly renovated and tastefully decorated. The two bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds and bedding. Each room has separate air conditioning for individual comfort. The bath and toilet areas are separate, which was great for our family of six. The bathroom has a large shower with dual rain shower heads, a large soaking tube, and a double vanity. Off of the bathroom was a laundry room with a washer and dryer, a huge plus since we had been in hotels for 12 days. The living room was large with a comfortable couch/ extra sleep space, two convertible ottomans/ futons, a dinning table for six, built in book cases and a large screen TV. The galley kitchen has everything you would need to cook every meal, there is also a breakfast nook for 4. We walked to the Lourve and the Eiffel Tower, each around 3 miles, but you walk through beautiful neighborhoods, with cafes, shops and beautiful buildings. We would diffently stay there again, in fact our 2 young adult and 2 teenage kids wanted to live there, I condcider that a huge plus.
We stayed here on our visit to Paris in July 2016 and had a great time. The unit is a 10 minute walk through the park to the nearest metro stop (or about 15 minutes to another stop when the park closes at 10pm). This is a 2 bedroom unit which comfortably held 2 adults and a teenager. The kitchen is quite large as is the family room. The unit is on the top floor of the building which gave a nice view of the streets, although there wasn't much to see on the street. There is a small bakery and grocery market 5 minute walk from the unit, which was nice.
Overall the place is nice and clean and we enjoyed our visit.
We enjoyed our 4 nights at the apartment near Monceau Park. The apartment is modern with a bit of old world charm as well. Convenient built in USB charging plug ins came in handy as did the laundry facilities. There are some nice amenities close (2-3 min walk) to the apartment including, hand made cheese, pastries and a variety of cafes and restaurants.
The Park Monceau Metro station is a nice 5 minute walk through some gardens and green space and will connect you wherever you need to go.
We felt safe in the area and happily recommend the apartment and the location.
Mirror the other reviews - very nice apartment in a quiet area away from the tourist areas. Local shops are 2 minutes away and you a centrally located to visit all the main sites.
This apartment was one of best places we stayed on our Europe trip. It's very modern, clean and well appointed (with great appliances). We're a family of 5 and it was the perfect size. It's a 5 minute walk to several metro stations and the neighborhood is quiet and very nice. It's very close to a grocery store, restaurants, etc. The owner was very helpful. Would highly recommend it!
