Once you're here, you won't want to go home.

Our pristine beach cottage is located in one of the best neighborhoods in Ormond by the Sea. Our private beach access does not have any public parking, so sometimes you have the beach to yourselves! We are close to amenities, yet far enough away to enjoy the quiet that this little piece of paradise offers. Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath home has a fun Gilligan's Island room with twin beds and a dresser! The house comfortably sleeps 6! Fun furniture, upscale bedding, towels, flat screen TV, two car garage (by Florida standards), grill, beach chairs, umbrellas.

Take a short drive north on A1A, (30 minutes), to Marineland, and find yourself swimming with the dolphins, (reservations required). Or travel another 15 minutes further, and step back in time as you explore historic St. Augustine. Travel south to enjoy the many events at Daytona's Convention Center, or the infamous Speedway. Take in a show at The Peabody Auditorium in Daytona where you can enjoy artists such as Lily Tomlin, Moiseyev Siberian Dancers, Bobby Vinton, and many more.

And of course, there's that famous Mouse who lives 1 1/4 hours to the West!

In the mood for dining out? Walk around the corner and have great wings at Lagerheads, or hop in your car to discover some of the finest seafood and steaks on the island. Ormond Beach is rated by Money Magazine, USA Today, and MSN, as one of the best places to live and vacation.

2nd time staying in this house

This is our second year staying here. The house has been immaculate both times. Has everything you need for living and playing at the beach. The owners are very nice and easy to work with. House is 7 houses from a private beach. Practically have the beach to yourself. It is convenient to entertainment, restaurants, and grocery store. If you are looking for something in this area, this is it.

Great location for our vacation

The house was lovely, clean and tidy and had everything you could possibly need. We were there for a golfing break and there were more than enough golf courses within distance to keep us amused. The beach was just a few steps from the front door if we had wanted the beach and there was plenty of resteraunts to choose from within a short drive and one within walking distance.

We would definitely come back and would recommend to friends and family.

The house is as described. It is very clean and spacious. It was jus perfect for my family.

The house was perfect. Very clean and spacious. If fit our needs perfectly. It had everything we needed to feel like home. The garage was so nice, not having to get in a blistering hot car. It was a welcomed surprise to arrive seeing some Navy decor being a Navy Vet. The house was very convenient to a private beach. It is 7 houses down to the beach. Just a short walk. We I enjoyed the uncrowded beach. It is convenient to grocery stores, shops, and restaurants, without being in the middle of the hustle and bustle.

Loved It, Loved It!

We loved out stay and had all the comforts of home! It was centrally located and just a short drive to many beautiful sites along the coast! Our only regret is that we didn't have another week to stay! It was definitely a pampering treat for our little family gathering! We met David and Christine and they were terrific folks and were so helpful in making our beach experience a real memorable vacation!! Thanks so much we will be back again!!!!
