This is a luxurious two-bedroom apartment with two bathroom on the 2nd floor with lift to the door. It is 115sqm plus a spacious south east facing balcony where you wake up to the sound of the sea. The complex has direct access on to the famous 'Golden Mile' beach and promenade, which stretches from Marbella to Puerto Banus, providing a good surface for walking, jogging or cycling. The balcony has a dining and sitting area looking down on beautiful tropical gardens and direct sea views. The building is completely finished in marble, both inside and out. This apartment is fully furnished including satellite TV , DVD player, TV, Wifi, etc. and it contains a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, dish washer, washing machine and large fridge/freezer. There is also a full gym. Just perfect - book this apartment Now!

If you are looking for a secure, safe, luxury apartment on the beach with a large pool and life guard, near restaurants, cafés and within walking distance of Puerto Banus this apartment is perfect for you. I and 3 friends have just returned from a dream holiday at ‘Esmeralda’ and highly recommend that you book it NOW -we will be rebooking next year.

The description is exactly what you get; however, it does not prepare you for the WOW factor which is the immaculately maintained entrance, stairwells, gardens and pool. To top this are the comfortable sofas on the veranda where you can see and hear the sea. The kitchen is very well equipped; we like to mix eating lunch out with cooking in the evenings.

Turn left onto the promenade and head for Victors beach restaurant – make sure you get a ‘front table’ -fish is fresh and tastes like fish should. Keep walking for more 'trendy' beach bars and restaurants. Turn right out of garden gate and it’s a comfortable walk into town - walk way disappears but go onto beach for a very short distance and you pick it up again or a 5/10 minute taxi ride; security will book you a taxi any time. 'El Corte Ingles' department store is the place to go- it also has an excellent food department. Take your trainers if you want to jon the locals who are mad keen on power walking and cycling

Enjoy this beautiful holiday resort it has it all and this apartment is slap bang in the middle of everything.

Arriving, we took a taxi from the airport which cost about 90 euros but caught the non -stop airport bus back from Marbella bus station- 6 euros each! [But you need to taxi to bus station about 18 euros] Next time we will use bus both ways- so easy.

Beautiful apartment with stunning ocean views

We were fortunate enough to stay in this beautiful spacious apartment recently which is very clean, furnished and fully equipped with everything you would need for an enjoyable stay. The apartment is in an extremely well maintained secure complex surrounded by beautiful gardens with a large pool and a children’s pool. The views from the large balcony are breath taking and to relax on the balcony in the evening taking in the ocean views is such a pleasure.

The location is perfect as a 15 minute stroll along the sea front will take you into Puerto Banus with its many upmarket and vibrant bars, restaurants and designer shops. A stroll around the Marina taking in the sights of the amazing beautiful boats is a must!

From the apartment in the opposite direction along the sea front is a longer stroll into Marbella which has an abundance of bars and restaurants and everything to suit all tastes. You can catch a ferry back to Puerto Banus which is a relaxing 40 minutes trip.

The apartment also has restaurants/bars locally on the Golden Mile and opposite the apartment is an Aldi which is so convenient for all your essentials for a self-catering holiday.

We took the airport bus costing approx. 8 euros per person each way which is 40 minute non-stop route to Marbella. A taxi outside the bus station will take you to Playa Esmeralda for 15 euros. This is such a cost effective way of travelling to the complex!

We would highly recommend this apartment and loved everything about our stay especially the wonderful views. Hope to stay again sometime!

Wonderful house in a wonderful area!

We have stayed at Thomas' beautiful house 3 times now and have booked to go again.

The house is clean, well Equipped,roomy and has the most awesome view of the beautiful beach. The beds are very comfortable, the bathrooms are modern and spotlessly clean. The balcony is very large and provides a nice bit of shade.

The complex itself is safe,quiet and well maintained. The gardens are beautiful and the pool is spotless.

There is a supermarket directly opposite the esmarelda.

The walk into Banus centre is around 10-15 minutes along the stunning beach path.

We've fallen in love with the whole area and havng stayed in a few properties along the golden mile over the last 5 years but now feel we've found the place we can go back to and know we will have a wonderful relaxing holiday in an immaculately maintained home.

Most enjoyable

For the second time in as many years my wife and I had the privilege to stay in this appartement, this time for two and a half months.. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The appartement is ideally situated on the beach with a beautiful view and a nice terrace. The living room is large and inviting, the kitchen well equipped.

Thomas takes good care of his condo and is a pleasure to deal with.

Wonderful view wonderful location wonderful place

This apartment could not be in a better location, allied to its beautiful sea view. The accommodation itself is spacious and comfortable and the complex has a serene upmarket feel to it, occupied mainly by owners

Wonderful apartment

Thank you Thomas for a wonderful stay in your beautiful apartment. We found the owner to be very helpful in our booking and the apartment exceeded our expectations. The location was so convenient for our family and our children had a brilliant stay. The apartment block is very safe and it gave us a great piece of mind.

The apartment itself was very clean and is finished to a very high standard with very comfortable furniture, particularly the master bed. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for the family of four and our kids were entertained in the evening with the tv, dvd player and sky channels.

We are looking forward to returning. Thanks again for a lovely break.
