In addition to decorator touches throughout, the wall colors are imaginative and fun and contribute to the overall comfort of the unit.

Ramsgate Harbour is located next to the upscale community of Carillon Beach and only a few miles away from Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach and Pier Park, Ramsgate Harbour is a Gulf-front low-rise 66 unit condominium complex. It spans over 250 feet of beachfront so that even in the height of season, the beach feels private, and you will never feel crowded. So come and relax on the beach or by the Gulf front pool.

Within walking distance of supermarkets and restaurants, this two bedroom, two bath, one level apartment is perfect for someone who wants one story living. Furnished with comfortable new couches, a flat screen television and even an electric fireplace, the spacious living room has awesome views of the sugar white sand and emerald green waters so you can sit back and relax and enjoy the peacefulness. The only better place to be would be the oversized balcony, enjoying the Gulf breezes or the beach itself! The kitchen has been updated with new cabinets and clean, white counter tops and is well stocked for those who love to cook. The Gulf front master bedroom has a king bed and private bath with walk in shower. This unit comes complete with a full size washer and dryer that are tucked discreetly away in the foyer hall closet. Great getaway!

We just completed a two-week stay and were very pleasantly surprised, as this was our first stay at Ramsgate Harbor. The condo was pristine clean when we arrived! The entire condo could not have been nicer! The king bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable, and we were pleased to see twin beds in the guest room for our grandchildren. The furniture was comfortable and stylish; new appliances in the kitchen added to the appeal. A crockpot allowed us to prepare chili on a cool Saturday evening and have friends over. The condo features an electric fireplace for those chilly evenings in fall and winter. TV's and cable in all bedrooms for those times when guests have different viewing choices. 😊 Overall we were very favorably impressed with this condo. Ramsgate is in a very quiet location, yet not far from shopping, dining, and activities.
