- Change-over day is Saturday, arrival time 17.00 departure before 10.00.
- All bookings will be provisionally held for seven days until either the required deposit or full payment is received.
- 50 % deposit (of the rental price): non-refundable, on booking time.
- 50 % balance: 4 -5 weeks prior to holiday.
- Security deposit : 600,- euros (refundable) to be paid with balance. Any damage or breakage will be deducted.
