ASTONISHING HOUSE IN SANTA CATALINA
Astonishing and elegant apartment with patio in Santa Catalina located in the same three-storey building and level of another amazing house I can offer so to give you the chance to book both apartments and stay up to 10 people! Santa Catalina is historically a fishing district due to its
proximity to the sea, and characterized by the typical fisherman houses of one or two levels with
terrace and typical Majorcan blinds facade. Santa Catalina preserves the beauty of low houses and
quiet streets even if the night comes alive and offers pleasantly moments for the presence of small
bars and stylish restaurants. Just a few meters away Marco and Mario, the owners of the restaurant
'The Room' are preparing wonderful Italian cuisine with fresh, local food and home-made deserts
that may cheer up any moment of the day, starting from breakfast and closing with unforgettable
dinners! The district is very lively during the day with a very well-supplied market and where you
can spend pleasant hours enjoying a 'cervecita with paella' or even just a great fish dish.
The house, on the first floor of a three storey building, is located just in front of the market of Santa
Catalina in a typical Majorcan building and is ideal to immerse yourself in its colorful shopping
area and tasting the typical atmosphere of the Spanish markets. It is also a starting point for the
discovery of the old town and its famous Cathedral; it is just a short walk from the contemporary
museum Es Baluard, the shopping street Jaime III, Plaza Major not to say that it is just a few meters
from the pedestrian and biking trail that flanks the sea.
The house is of nearly 90 sq m and is served by a refreshing and quiet patio of some 10 sq m.
Colourful elements meet comfortable furnishings and playful decor in this house designed for a
creative, inspirational, cool stay in Palma. It is luminous, wide and modern, very well finished and
equipped and retains the charm of the 'casa mallorquina' also furnished with a typical touch of
creativity and so much taste.
It consists of an open and equipped kitchen and living area with sofa, desk (where you can set up
your own wifi corner), table and chairs; two bathrooms (one ensuite) are serving two double
bedrooms that may accommodate up to 4 people. One more guest can accommodate in the wide
dining room with a sofa-bed on request.
A small balcony is overlooking the tiny street and opposite to the rooms, you have direct access to a
pleasant patio where to have your relaxing moments for your breakfasts, acandle-lit dinner or an
aperitivo with family and friends.
The atmosphere is happy, relaxing, elegant and casual at the same time. You will love it!

We enjoyed our few days here.We had essentially come to attend a conference and this was perfect as a good place to come back to as the flat was comfortable with enough facilities to cook if one wanted ,but very close to a very nice pedestrianised area with lots of cafes and restaurants if one wanted to go out and eat and party.
The property is nicely furnished and the beds /aircon are comfortable.
The bathrooms /showers work well although the smaller second bathroom is a bit tight and can get a musty smell if the exhaust is not kept on for several minutes even if no one is using the facility.
This however was a minor matter and easily sorted.
I would definitely come here again and recommend the property to friends.

We LOVED this apartment! It was extremely clean and very nicely appointed! The market across the street was fantastic! We only wish we could have stayed longer in order to try the various restaurants within close proximity! Highly recommended!

The four of us - two seniors and a young couple - enjoyed our week ind this colourfull and very functional flat with good facilities and room for privacy (two bedrooms and two bathrooms). The location is great, not far from the buzzing center of Palma and the spectacular harbour, right next to the charming market and in the middle of the laid back area of Santa Catalina with many good vegan/vegetarian restaurants.
