This two bedroom apartment with garden is in the San Juan De Capistrano area of Nerja. The apartment consists of a lounge/dining room with newly fitted kitchen including oven/hob, fridge, washing machine and microwave. The two spacious bedrooms have twin beds with ample wardrobe and storage space. The bath/shower room is also newly renovated. The bright spacious living room has cable TV (BBC, ITV and SKY ect.) and leads onto the sun drenched south facing terrace with a beautiful view of the coast. The terrace also has table, chairs and parasol for outdoor dining and a spiral stairs leads up to the full roof terrace complete with two sun beds for soaking up that endless sunshine. The apartment is in a perfect position as it is accessed directly from the street and is across the road from the lovely communal pool with pool bar, restaurants and mini market.
Nerja town centre and Burianna beach are five minutes drive away and there is a regular bus service to both.
We have really enjoyed staying over in this apartment.Great location, fab views across the town,mountains and sea.This property was well-maintained and equipped (even with barbecue!!!),clean with mini garden and sunroof. The owner was very professional and easy to deal with as well as the manager of this site. Swimming pool and shop are located just across the road. I would strongly recommend this property, and if we ever gonna be in that area I will go back there again:) The only thing missing was the cooling fan.
We really enjoyed our stay.The apartment was lovely and spotless clean.It had a lovely view and it was only over the road to the pool.The kids loved it.Definitely go again.
My Husband, myself and our two children aged 15 and 11 spent ten days in July this year at this apartment. We were delighted with our choice of apartment as it was hard to make our final decision. The apartment is set in a very pretty location surrounded by beautiful colours of tropical flowers and plants. It was very clean and very well maintained and contained everything you could possibly need for a comfortable holiday. The Key Holder was very accommodating and welcoming. The communal pool was conveniently located directly across from the apartment. Even at the height of the season when we were there, the pool area was extremely well maintained and well supervised. Our children spent many happy hours enjoying the pool and facilities which also had a choice of great restaurants on site. Nerja town and the magnificent views around the Balcon Area is approximately 15 minutes walk. There is a local bus outside the apartment which runs every half hour to the Centre of Nerja which offers an amazing selection of wonderful, very reasonably priced restaurants. Overall a very enjoyable holiday, an excellent apartment in a great location. We would thoroughly recommend it and will definitely return.
Myself and family stayed in this villa late Oct 2010/early November 2010, I cannot rate this villa highly enough, clean, very well presented, the pool and bar facilities 1st class, the sun terrace (which gets the sun all day) was superb, we will be returning to this exceptional property, it has everything you require for a peaceful break, Nerja town a small walk away, the balcon, the beaches, stunning views, everything from the arranged pick at the airport to the drop off again was excellant, we could not have asked for better service from all concerned, very highly recommended.
My wife and I booked this apartment with our two kids for last September it was clean, quiet and has a lovely safe sun terrace to relax without worrying about the kids.The pool is right beside it and our kids loved it.We have booked the same apartment for this year.Highly recommended for a peaceful holiday
Nerja, once a fishing village, is now a lively cosmopolitan town which retains its Spanish character with its beautiful winding streets leading down to the Balcon De Europe Square where you can take in the breath taking views over the coast. There is an endless choice of bars and restaurants to suit all tastes. The San Juan De Capistrano area is a Beautiful picturesque Mountain side development overlooking the town. The communal pool area with a separate children’s pool is surrounded by the pool bar, restaurants and a mini market. The regular local bus goes from outside and takes the five minute drive to both the fabulous Burriana Beach and The Town centre. The nearest golf course (Baviera Golf) is just 15 minutes drive West on the motorway back towards Malaga.
