This house has a relaxing private pool with waterfall (not heated) and beautifully landscaped. 3 bedroom, 2 bath, laundry, separate living room and family room. THERE IS ONLY ONE CAR GARAGE SPACE AVAILABLE TO THE TENANT BECAUSE THE OWNER KEEPS CAR IN ONE OF THE GARAGE BAYS. Basic cable is provided along with Wi-Fi internet service for residents. Nearby shopping, Restaurants, Walking trails and lakes through out the Ocotillo community.

Loved the neighborhood. Great area to walk and bike.

Neighborhood was friendly. Management company was very nice. Nice kitchen and big screen TV with access to Amazon Prime and Netflix movies. Pool was not heated but we knew that but it was very enjoyable to watch and listen yo the waterfall into the pool.

Chandler - 1 month stay

We had a great time and enjoyed our stay. The pool is pretty big, with a waterfall. Biggest hiccups were the back door is very difficult to open/close. And the beds (!) gave us ALL back and hip issues which is kind of ridiculous if people are paying $3000/month with no real TVs or modern updates, comfort should be very least. Other than that, it was a great place to stay. It was quiet and conveniently located - looks like the pictures.

I det store og hele bra

Boligen er flott og hagen godt vedlikeholdt. Sengene er smale bortsett fra på master bedroom. Sengetøy og håndduker kunne vært bedre organisert. Noe fornyelse ville gjort seg Noe av utstyret ( strykejern og hårføner) var relativt gammelt. Men over all er det godt utstyrt. Hvis vi hadde vært seks er det en del mangler. Spiseplass og møblering i stuen. Kjøkkenet blir oppholdsrom. Utemøblene trenger absolutt en oppgradering. Puter til utemøbler trenger innendørs oppbevaring, putekasse.
