About this property

Nestled in the picturesque Cape Cod National Seashore, this quintessential cottage welcomes families for a relaxing vacation.
The cottage is a weekly rental, for one or more weeks. Please contact us to discuss your date requests.
A family home consisting of three bedrooms, two full baths, an eat-in kitchen, living room, three season front porch, and a back deck. Bicycles, beach chairs, surfboards and boogie boards can be stored in the one car garage. A large private and fenced back yard.

2014 renovations included electrical and plumbing; new kitchen and cabinets, flooring, appliances; new bathroom with walk-in shower; new bath on the 2nd floor with a cast iron tub; outside shower, and all rooms freshly painted. New deck, 2019!

The cottage welcomes families of 4-6 people, and is in easy proximity to world-renowned Coast Guard and Nauset Light Beaches, the Cape Cod Visitor’s Center, the Nauset Bike Trail and beach shuttle.

Traditionally on the Cape, families bring own bed sheets & pillowcases, bath towels and toiletries. If you are traveling and need certain items, please let us know.

A rental agreement will be emailed to you for your review and signature. A refundable security deposit is required.

This cottage is wonderfully located, lovingly renovated, and ready for your memorable Cape Cod vacation!

Unbeatable Cape Experience

For outdoor enthusiasts, this house is ideal. Located near the Salt Pond Visitor Center, Cape Cod Rail Trail and Coast Guard Beach, biking and walking are so easy and convenient. The house has everything needed: large, new back deck, outdoor shower, fire pit, large back yard surrounded by trees. So peaceful and quiet. Inside, it is a quaint but spacious beach house that is thoughtfully equipped with everything needed and tastefully decorated, and with AC for hot days. The owner, Betsy was always available for questions and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend for any group!

Best Cape Rental we have ever had!

We have stayed in many places in the Cape over the last few years and I can hands down say that this was the best. The property is spacious and the grounds impeccably maintained and the new fire pit a great touch. The deck is the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee or sunset dinner. The decor is modern and inviting and our experience with the owners was wonderful -they were both friendly and professional and really take pride in the property. Just lovely.

Great location, great value

We stayed at Betsy's house for New Year 2021. The 3-bedroom house was great for our family of 3 and 2 grandparents. The kitchen is well equipped with quality utensils. Coast Guard Beach is a 20-minute walk away on the bike path.

For over 20 years, we have spent one or more weeks each summer in Eastham, visiting friends and enjoying the natural beauty of Cape Cod. In those few weeks each summer, we.. walked the beaches at sunrise and sunset; enjoyed campfires on Coast Guard Beach; held Kids Night Out at the Pizza Barn; planned evenings out in Provincetown; biked the Cape Cod Rail Trail; enjoyed Lobster Night with friends and created many more traditions. It has always been a special vacation for our family, and even now our grown-up children still hold out a week to come with us!
We live along the coast of Maine and we are very excited about our Cape Cod cottage so close to Coast Guard Beach!

What makes this property unique

A wonderful Cape cottage!
Easy to care for and very comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped; large deck with table and umbrella with seating for 8; a picnic table in the back yard. Mini-splits throughout the cottage for cool air on hot days and comfortable sleeping at night.
The large back yard is completely fenced in and the lawn has irrigation and is well maintained.
A firepit with available firewood, and Adirondack chairs makes for a memorable evening as the night sky changes from sunset reds to starry nights.
Up early? Enjoy quiet moments with coffee on the front porch and watch the colors of sunrise.
