3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom, 8 Sleeps

This 3 Bedroom apartment is above a commercial building. It is nicely furnished, very large (over 2500 s.f.), and close to restaurants, shopping, and Utah's best ski resorts. It's has two separate large living rooms, with lots of space to relax.

This apartment is large, clean, and comfortable, but it is dated. Please do not expect something modern. That aside, I LOVE staying here my self, especially when planning ski outings to Snowbird, Alta, Solitude, Park City, and other resorts close by.

They place will be yours! Enjoy!

Worked very well for us

Due to several construction delays on our new home, we needed to secure interim lodging. We were very fortunate to connect with Marshall. The unit is on the second floor of a commercial building. There is plenty of off street parking to accommodate both the folks on floor one and those in the VRBO. The unit is huge! There are 2 full bathrooms and 2 livingrooms. Three bedrooms with full privacy and a fourth bed in one of the livingrooms/sitting area. The kitchen is large with all of the required appliances. Washer and dryer on premise is a real time saver. All beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows and linens. The location is great! Very convenient to several different grocery stores, Walgreen's, CVS, and WalMart. Movie theaters are close by as well. Restaurants of all types are located within 5 miles of the unit. Whether staying for a short visit to SLC or longer term accommodations, I would choose this unit again. Thanks Marshall! You made a very stressful time more enjoyable.

Lots of "Elbow Room"

If you value having lots of space and don't care so much about having pictures on walls and being well decorated, then you will probably like this place. It was great for three skiers who needed a comfortable place to relax after a day on the slopes. One item that needs immediate improvement .... There is no door on the master bathroom. All appliances worked. We were very comfortable there. I would rent again for 3 or 4 guys on a ski trip.

Do not stay here. I am sure you can find a better place for the money. The place was not ready for occupation , ie no tp paper towels etc very little kitchen supplies

The bath In the master bathroom did not drain, the other shower was very much in need of a shower head etc.

The place is above a commercial building that is for sale. I do not think the rental property is anything but a way to pay the taxes.

Stay clear unless you get it really cheap

Owner's Response: I'm really not sure what this tenant was expecting. There is toilet paper, paper towels and the kitchen is very well stocked (if you bother to open the cabinets). The master shower was clogged (just a normal hair clog that could happen ANYWHERE. Once the tenant notified me, I had a handyman take care of this immediately! No Problem! Yes, this LARGE apartment is part of a commercial building AS IS CLEARLY STATED IN THE AD. The commercial space is leased to a software development company who has engineers on site 9-5ish. The building is NOT for sale. I'm not sure why the tenant said that OR why he cares. I'm also not sure what was meant by 'just a way to pay taxes'. As most of you probably know, it is just a vacation home and it's posted here to generate some revenue when I'm not staying there. Please come, stay at my place, and enjoy all that Utah has to offer! Feel free to ask me any questions if you have any. Thanks!!!
