Congratulations, you’ve found paradise! Sterling Breeze Resort is an upscale condominium complex directly on the sugar white sands of Panama City Beach. We invite you to relax and enjoy unobstructed Gulf views in all their splendor from our luxurious 9th floor unit.
You’ll have all the comforts of home during your stay, including a fully equipped kitchen with large pantry and granite counters, breakfast counter which seats five, dining area for six, two master bedrooms with private on-suite baths, a private bunk room with twin bunk and a dresser, third bathroom, washer/dryer and a spacious, private balcony with electric grill. The living room and front master bedroom have sliding glass door walkouts to the furnished balcony. There are flat screen TV’s in each bedroom and the living room as well as free Wi-Fi.
2015 upgrades include: New leather sectional and fabric club chair in the living room.
2014 upgrades include: New carpeting in the bedrooms, new twin bunk bed with plush mattresses, all new bedding, and freshly painted.
We also provide extras such as five beach chairs, beach toys, beach towels, books and board games.
Resort amenities include a 2,000 square foot zero-entry tropical pool, hot tub, pool cafe/wine bar, cozy fire pit, and spacious fitness center, all overlooking the Gulf. From the secure, covered parking garage, take the air-conditioned walkway to the elegant entrance lobby and elevators, and you’ve arrived! Sterling Breeze is within easy walking distance to Pier Park where amazing shopping, restaurants, entertainment, and an IMAX Theater await. The resort is also only one mile from the Frank Brown Park.

Age requirement - must be 25 years of age or older, and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by parent or legal guardian. Valid ID's required at check-in. Restrictions may apply regarding the number of people that may occupy the unit. Chaperoned groups are prohibited.
Cleaning fee & taxes are included in our rate with weekly rentals.
Beautiful condo with everything we needed provided. Excellent views of the ocean. Owner was good about communicating with us. Loved short walk to pier and good restaurant choices.
It's a very nice Condo. My only issue is that we didn't get any extra trash bags, paper towels and toilet tissue. We had to go purchase these items. It's a wonderful place to stay.
The condo was great! It was centrally located to anything and everything you needed. Pier Park was within walking distance, which made it very nice to not have to drive around looking for parking. The rooms were clean and well kept. The view off the balcony was beautiful. My kids liked walking (didn't have to drive like some places) to the pier at night to fish. Linda, the owner, was very nice and easy to work with. My only complaint would be that they need more elevators. There were only 2 elevators for 25 floors. It wasn't that big of a deal. Can't wait to visit again next year!
I am making two reviews: one of the condo, the other of the Sterling Breeze beach front property. Our visit was the 2nd week in July, 2016. First, the condo was exactly what we hope to find. My family of six adults thoroughly enjoyed it. The layout is very comfortable, modern, spacious, and clean. The views from the spacious balcony are spectacular in all directions. The infrared grill on the balcony was an added bonus. Access to parking was a breeze. The building itself is very nice. The pool and hot tub were nice as well. We give the 904 condo 5 Stars! Definitely worth a return visit.
The second review is of the beach at Sterling Breeze. Getting to the beach is a snap. However, guests must leave the property to get into the water. let me explain--a double row of permanent rental beach chairs that stretches from property line to property line is in place. The double row of permanent chairs also runs from the water’s edge back to near the building making it nearly impossible to get into the water without leaving the property. The other issues relate to the neighboring Tidewater facility on the west side of Sterling Breeze. They have a the same beach chair set up. There are several smaller condos on the east side of Sterling Breeze that do not have rental beach set-ups. Because of the permanent rental beach chairs and their proximity to the water, many of Tidewater’s guests and all of the Sterling Breeze guests, guests set-up in front of the neighboring condos resulting in a very overcrowded beach. Because beach access is a limited, prolific use of canopies became a problem. We even noticed several families walking down the street with beach gear in hand, through Sterling Breeze, then out to the beach (the orange wrist bands gave them away). There were as many as 28 canopies one afternoon. The beach was so crowded that it felt more like a public beach. Everyone was on top of each other. Umbrella setups were often 5 and 6 deep for 60-70 yards. It was necessary to claim a spot on the beach before 6AM, otherwise the canopies and Tidewater took over. With that many people (and I mean in the 100s), canopies, trash, and radio noise, made the beach generally intolerable. As beautiful at SB-904 is, the facility’s beach front earns a generous 2 Stars.
This was our 2nd time staying at Linda place. She has a great condo with very fair prices. Great views and even better location to Pier park and short drive to St.Andrews state Park. Will definitely stay in her condo again.
This was the perfect rental!!!!! Very clean condo and perfectly furnished. Only problem we had was the elevator always took 15 mins but that the resort fault. Other then that Will be staying here again.
