While we didn''t get to personally meet Brant, the check in/out process was seamless. The apartment is conveniently located within walking distance of downtown Ann Arbor, is absolutely clean, cozy, charmingly decorated and a very comfortable bed. It includes convenient parking and a private entrance. I would highly recommend this home for anyone visiting Ann Arbor. In fact, I can't wait to come back. Thanks for a great stay, Brant!
We really enjoyed our stay and will keep this place in mind for future visits to Ann Arbor.
Apartment was better than expected. Cozy, clean, quiet. Will stay again
What a perfect find for our group of 4 adults and 1 child! We specifically wanted to be away from the highway and the mall, and near the downtown: this apartment delivered. It was hot during our time in Ann Arbor, we were very appreciative of the air conditioning and the ceiling fans. Within a couple minutes walk, don't miss the Ann Arbor Distilling Company for evening cocktails. In the morning, we enjoyed Big City Small World Bakery, just a couple doors down. Having a full kitchen was a big plus and saved us money. Fast wifi. Owner was responsive to email questions.
I hadn't been back to Ann Arbor in 10 years and chose this property for its location near Kerrytown and downtown and easy access to campus. We loved the apartment and its cozy features. A great place to relax and to use as home base to explore the rest of the city.
My family and I had a great time in Ann Arbor and this apartment was a great place to call home for the weekend. It was spotless and quite spacious for our family of three. It was close and super convenient to the downtown and University areas. If we return to Ann Arbor (we hope to), we will definitely look into renting this spot again. Thanks!
The Subject is located in the old water hill neighborhood. The neighbor hood is quiet, but on the edge of the downtown market. The Subject is one block from a grocery store and bakery.
