All of the rooms to the north have wall to wall, floor to ceiling sliding glass doors which open to the balcony and afford breathtaking views of the bay and Miami Beach.

Unit is high tech - secure wifi keypunch front door with a personalized code for each tenant that deletes upon vacating premises, wifi thermostat and a key code safe for your valuables.

The fully equipped kitchen offers granite counter tops, stools for sitting and of course, wonderful bay views. A dining table and chairs are also in the unit.

The floor plan layout of this apartment offers total privacy between the master bedroom and the guest bedroom, as each room is located on opposite sides of the living room. The spacious master bedroom has a king bed and large walk-in closet and dressing area with separate his and hers areas and large master bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed, walk in closet and and a private full bathroom with shower/spa-tub. The third bathroom has a queen bed, tv and closet. The main area is large and can handle a king size blow up mattress and futon bed and includes a full bath with walk in shower.

Beautiful condo - great location!

The condo is beautiful and very well appointed. The location is great - close to all downtown attractions and also close to the beach. The owner was very attentive during our stay. The condo is very spacious, with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We would definitely stay here again!

Love it

Will definitely be calling Edward back to stay here if fit 6 girls comfortably, clean and super close to everything. The owner was very flexible and easy to communicate with and super helpful! Had an amazing time at my bachelorette getaway!

Miami Condo

Great long weekend at the Miami condo. Location was perfect and it was very convenient having the Doubletree Hotel and its amenities located in the same building. Overall, the condo was in pretty good condition, but is starting to show some wear (e.g. many missing lightbulbs, broken microwave, broken sliding balcony door in master bedroom). But it was exactly what we needed for the weekend and Eddie was very helpful in getting us settled. If we ever return to Miami, we will definitely consider looking into renting this condo again.

Poorly maintained property, way overpriced

We've had mixed feelings about our experience at this property. Location is fine and the condo itself has a lot of potential and could be a beautiful unit if it was maintained properly. It has some high end finishes and design, however, the moment you walk up to the door, you can tell that it is clearly a rental unit, nothing more. The paint is dirty in multiple places, the fire extinguisher is missing from the wall, the microwave is filthy and missing a handle, the paintings look like they were hung by someone who needs serious prescription glasses, the cushions are missing from the couch, the remote control is missing it's back cover etc... I could go on and on... The kitchen is VERY poorly equipped and many of the towels are threadbare (one even had a giant hole in it). They offered to reimburse us for supplies, as needed, but we did not want to purchase a lot of things (we only bought a pot and a cutting board because there wasn't a single one of them in the kitchen). When we pulled the spare comforter out of the closet, it was dirty and covered in stains so I had to start our stay by washing the cover. The washer and dryer are the smallest units I have ever seen in my life and they look about 15 yrs old. We didn't expect a 5 start hotel, but for the amount of money we paid, this place was a complete rip off. Parking is HORRIBLE - if you have more than 1 car you have to pay $30 +tip to valet park every day (or park at the nearby church for $17/day). There wasn't a parking pass provided (like the instructions stated that there would be) and when we asked for one, we were told to pay for parking for one car and get reimbursed (which hasn't happened yet).

The property manager was on vacation and while I appreciated that he responded to texts and returned some of our calls (we had to leave VMs because his phone was otherwise turned off), I generally did not feel like we got good customer service from him. He is a nice guy, but once again, for the amount of money we paid, someone should have been there to welcome us and show us around. Or at least guarantee that we had the key fobs and all the codes were working properly - the door code we were originally given did not work and the safe code did not work AT ALL. Overall, I would not recommend this property. If it was MUCH cheaper then it might be worth it, but if you plan on spending close to 5 digits for a week's stay then go find a different place because you won't get your money's worth here.

Excellent

I really enjoyed my stay at this property. I had a group of friends come in town with their wives. They really thought the place looked nice as I did to. The owner of the property was very clear on the rules of the house, which were very limited. Basically you can sum up the rules into just be a responsible adult. I will defiantly recommend everyone I know that needs a 3-bed room location to book this one!!!!!

Needs attention

Location and hotel are great. The condo needs lots of attention.

Broken shower head, no batteries in half the remotes, 3 coffee cups for a 3 bedroom condo, ripped and torn coaches, art work fell off the wall, every cabinet in living area is full of paint and paint supplies yet no one has actually done the painting,, etc etc etc
