This unit was like a cheap motel. Ceiling fan looked like it was about to fall off the ceiling. Washing machine sounded like a freight train. Towel bar had been bent in 2 places, should have been replaced. Kitchen was missing a spatula, measuring spoons, cutting board. Living room tv did not get ESPN2.
The beach club fine dining restaurant was only average, the shrimp was dry, over cooked and lacked flavor, the hush puppies were coated in powdered sugar(not what I wanted, that is NOT a hush puppie.
Fitness area was much too small for a complex the size of the beach club.
The lobby furniture in Doral was worn and the entire building appeared to need a paint job.
We’ve been staying at the beach club on and off for about 15 years and this visit did not meet our expectations, very disappointed.
